Lovely restaurant, impeccable service and excellent pizzas (the best we ate in Italy).

My husband and I called even though the place was already full, but the owner, incredibly kind, took care of finding us a table anyway. Excellent Neapolitan pizza: light, well-cooked, and super digestible! Impeccable, friendly, and attentive service. We were very satisfied. An authentic place near the Navigli, far from the usual tourist spots. Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff, delicious food, and unique pizza variations. Finally, a coffee or limoncello on the house—that's hospitality, and you'll go the extra mile for the tip.

Everything was great, superb service, the pizza was amazing and also the wine. Super recommended the cheesecake too! Super well located right at Porta Ticinese. Is really a place to go in Milan !

We had just arrived in Milan when we stumbled upon Papilla Milano, and what a wonderful surprise it was! The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The service was fast and flawless. And the pizzas… simply spectacular! Each one was better than the last. When a whole pizza arrived at our table, we were a bit shocked by the size, but it was so delicious we couldn't stop eating. We went to Papilla with family today! The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly, and the pizzas were amazing! True Neapolitan pizzas! Fresh, flavorful ingredients, and exquisite presentation! I highly recommend it to anyone in Milan!

I was at this pizzeria this evening... what can I say, it was an evening to remember! As soon as we entered, the place was completely obscured by smoke from the oven. We asked to sit outside, but were offered a table with stools, so small that the three pizza plates probably wouldn't have fit. We declined and sat inside. We immediately noticed an unusual number of mosquitoes, attracted by an LED light behind us. After a few minutes, a mosquito bit me in the center of my forehead. We chatted and passed the time, killing several of them. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and, on my way back to the table, passed the pizza counter, which was not separated from the aisle in any way. Just then, the pizza chef accidentally spilled a small bottle of oil, which ended up on my pants. We returned to the table to wait for the three pizzas we ordered. After quite a wait, two arrived correctly and one completely wrong. Feeling discouraged, we decided to start eating, especially since the other pizza had to be remade from scratch. The pizza was very heavy, like a panuozzo. In my opinion, the dough was rough and underworked, even though the ingredients on top were good. At the end of the dinner, with the waitress already clearing the tables and the owner sitting at his computer in front of us, we decided to get up and leave. I don't know what to say; I'll leave the comments to you. P.S.: Three pizzas and a bottle of mineral water for €52.50.

Esta es la mejor pizza que he probado. Pedí la “Romana” y fue verdaderamente excepcional. Excelente servicio también. Nada más que decir.
