I had the opportunity to try it, the pizza was excellent, perhaps I would add a little more toppings, the staff is pleasant and easy-going, slightly slow in service, of course I tried it for work and it was no longer the tourist season, the prices are normal, the atmosphere is nice maybe a little distracting

I had never been, I recently moved to Asti and I know Alba even less. But if it happens to me I will gladly return to this restaurant: welcoming, discreet environment, furnished with great taste and style, tables set to perfection, kind, smiling, non-intrusive staff, in a word professional with elegance. I am gluten intolerant and I love pizza, so when I want to understand if a restaurant I don't know has good gluten free dough and good ingredients, I always get a classic margherita the first time. Because being the simplest, it is the one that allows you to better appreciate the characteristics that a good and well-made pizza must have, from the dough, the quality and goodness of the ingredients and cooking, another important element. I found it very good and very digestible, which also makes me think of a leavening that exceeds 12 hours but I could be wrong. Definitely not less than 12 hours. The ingredients are excellent: the tomato and mozzarella are delicious. I would have preferred two basil leaves but I notice that in many pizzerias it is a clear choice not to use it as an ingredient. Better not to use it than to use a poor quality one. The dessert was excellent: the Greek yogurt mousse covered with lemon icing....really delicious! Ah, another essential element for me in a restaurant: the cleanliness and comfort of its bathrooms, and in this restaurant I found impeccable cleanliness and all the furniture was new or at least very well maintained. I can't comment on the other dishes but I won't fail to do so as soon as I have the chance! However, for the moment I was interested in finding a good gluten free pizza and I did it very well!! Oh I forgot, excellent location with very large possibility of free parking!! Chapeau!!!

A nice discovery in Alba, good pizza, good menu at prices in line with the quality offered... praise for the gnocchi with courgette and shrimp cream and the tiramisu with hazelnut cake... I recommend going there...
