Papavero Rosso In Alba

The pizza was delicious, truly compliments. And compliments to the waiters. We were served by a waiter whose helpfulness and kindness helped make the evening even more enjoyable. I will definitely return when I'm in Alba again.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Pizza for lunch too... huge, by the way... 😋 as well as delicious and well-cooked. Excellent Bagna cauda, ​​including the Paccheri with Pachino cherry tomatoes and creamy buffalo mozzarella... basically everything was more than excellent. Quality and price included. I can say that your location was a wonderful discovery. The staff was knowledgeable, very courteous, attentive, and kind. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dishes were carefully served to meet every need. Everything was perfect for us and even for our four-legged friend, who was greeted with a bowl of water from the staff. We will gladly return, and I highly recommend it for its value.

The pizza was very good and the other dishes (we just saw them passing by) looked very inviting.

We haven't ordered a place but the manager made his effort and find us a table for an hour. They are so friendly and let you feel comfortable. The pizza was good, the gnocchi was too cheesy but still 5/5

I went to this restaurant for lunch today with friends, and I have to say our experience was truly excellent. I recommend the fondue flan and the fantastic tajarin with black truffle. The service was reliable and the wait staff were friendly. The prices were slightly lower than average. Highly recommended.

The pizza was delicious, thin crust, lots of toppings, just the way my kids love it. The pizza maker is great!!! I'd especially like to mention the chef. We ordered the beef with sauce and the beef cheeks with sauce. Both dishes were absolutely AWESOME!! The meat melts in your mouth👍🥳

As for pizzerias, I prefer those with a wood-fired oven, which they don't have here... only electric. With Alba packed with tourists, they had no more seating inside, only outside in the cool air. Luckily, we were wearing down jackets. One thing that was out of place on the menu book was the many dishes with declared frozen foods. We opted for a pizza, even though it was made with an electric oven, but we asked for them all to be well done since the ones at the neighboring tables were all pale. I was surprised by a YingYang Pizza. After a bit of a wait, given the number of customers in the dining room, four splendid, crispy pizzas arrived, beautiful in appearance and inviting. My YingYang was truly delicious 😋😋😋, two-tone: half red with red onions and Calabrian Nduja, the other half mozzarella and pieces of salami. Everything was very tasty, all three of my companions were satisfied too. I can't give any opinions about the place, the waitresses were kind and you can see that they have a lot of tourist customers... the approach was in English 🫣. I would only do it if I see that the customer doesn't speak Italian.
