A real surprise from Paolo e F.lli in Acquaviva! I tried the stuffed panzerotto, truly spectacular: crunchy on the outside, stringy and tasty on the inside, prepared with care and quality ingredients. The white pizza with buffalo mozzarella and raw ham alla caprese was an explosion of freshness and taste: light and well-cooked base, creamy buffalo mozzarella, sweet raw ham and perfect cherry tomatoes. Balanced, tasty, simply delicious. And to finish, a fragrant and well-seasoned arancino: tasty but not heavy, one of the best I've ever tried in the area. Fast and friendly service, fair prices. A must-see for those who love street food made with heart and quality.
