I'm reviewing this place as a "local" and not as a tourist, so I've had the opportunity to observe their service over the past few years. Beyond the undeniable excellence of the product, I want to highlight the extreme skill and preparation of the girls serving. They're often under pressure from the long lines, which move incredibly quickly, and they're always focused and professional. There are several incidents that have happened over the years that I could recount, but I'll just say that each time, both the girls and the owner's daughter have been helpful, decisive, and extremely, I repeat, professional. For us, the best gelato from Pesaro to Ancona. High-quality, delicious, and reasonably priced. I'm convinced that it's not them who have low prices... but the gelato shops that don't serve this quality that have absurd prices.

We went before dinner and luckily there wasn't a line. The quality, in our opinion, was amazing; we'd go back today for another. They also sell their own spreads (e.g., pistachio, salted caramel, peanuts), which are worth trying if you like that kind of stuff.

I went to this ice cream shop last night. The ice cream was truly excellent; you can see a lot of work behind it, and you can tell by the quality of the ingredients. I give the ice cream 5 stars. What left me disappointed was the tall, thin, braided-haired employee who was visibly unwell, coughing and having a cold, yet still served customers. I don't think it's hygienic for someone who's unwell to handle ice cream, which then has to be eaten by customers, touching the cones and cups they've requested with their hands where they coughed just minutes earlier. It's a matter of civic education and respect for others. Even if someone has a cold, they shouldn't be in contact with other people, especially if they're serving them potentially infectious foods. Cleanliness and hygiene are important, and it's a shame that a place like this is being ruined by such nonsense. Next time, I advise the owner to monitor his staff and ensure that only healthy people serve, thus avoiding risking the health of customers who may have immune problems and who should be wary of even a simple cold.

We were on holiday in Senigallia and every evening outside this place there was a very long line of people waiting... I didn't understand what place it was... then peeking I discovered that it was an ice cream shop... given the line of people we thought we absolutely had to try that ice cream... wonderful 😍, delicious 😋😋😋... very high quality of the ingredients that make this ice cream unique 😍😋... special flavours and also lactose-free, very generous cone made even more delicious by the cream... it costs a little more than a normal ice cream shop, but it's definitely worth trying it 😋😋😋

Fantastic. Really good gelato. A must-see if you're in Senigallia. Extraordinary dark chocolates. A wonderful discovery... definitely recommended.
