We usually never eat gelato except our own. Having a gelato shop makes it difficult to find one that reflects our idea of gelato.
But Brunelli's met our expectations, having heard about it in our world.

Great gelato, but always miles of lines. Why save on staff with such high customer flows?
Yesterday there was only one girl, both at the cash register and at the counter. I was moved by how busy she was.
Even today, only two people at the cash register and gelato, and a long line.

I was initially very skeptical about Brunelli. I'd always seen the people of Senigallia obsessed with this gelateria, and the huge lines forming outside seemed to me to be a perfect example of herd mentality, of people following the crowd and doing things according to trend. I wondered what could be so special about a simple gelateria.
Well, I had to completely change my mind. When I tried Brunelli's gelato for the first time, I realized that the obsession with this gelateria and the lines forming outside were completely justified.
I don't think I've ever had gelato this good in my life; it's head and shoulders above any other gelateria. The consistency of the gelato is incredibly soft, and the flavor manages to be very bold yet delicate. Of course, it's artisanal gelato made entirely by them.
The selection isn't particularly extensive, but the flavors available are very unique, and you won't find anything like it anywhere else.
The prices are objectively a bit high, but the high quality of the gelato justifies it.
If you're willing to wait in line for even 15 minutes on weekends, come here and you'll taste the best gelato you'll ever eat. You won't regret it!

Truly amazing ice cream, creamy and rich in flavor, one of the best I've ever had! It's a shame about the staff, who are a bit too annoyed and unwelcoming... a little more smile wouldn't hurt!

Considering the long line there is to get the gelato, it's not worth it.
The pistachio doesn't taste like pistachio, while the hazelnut one is okay.
As soon as it came out, it melted in practically two seconds, something I've never seen in other gelato shops.

Excellent gelato. Meticulously designed. Exceptional professionalism.
But most people already know this.
I don't usually leave reviews, and Brunelli certainly doesn't need one, as his fame precedes him.
However, I'd like to express my infinite admiration and compliments to the staff. Reading through the comments, I've noticed that they often paint a somewhat negative and, in my opinion, untrue image.
My experience has always been positive. In particular, I'd like to share an anecdote that really struck me. On the last Saturday of September, after lunch, I went for a small treat. It was sunny, and there were 15 people in front of me, with only one employee to handle the cash register and the cones. I was almost tempted to leave. Incredibly, the line moved incredibly quickly, so I stopped. While waiting, I had the opportunity to observe the girl who, to my amazement, didn't miss a beat. With grace, poise, and kindness, she twirled between receipts, cups, and impatient faces (even refilling flavors at the counter and coordinating deliveries to the lab in between) without ever losing her patience, while the line, which she expertly dispatched, continued to swell with new treats. Personally—and I've happily worked with customers for years—I would have been devastated by much less. Hats off. To the gelato. To the master gelato maker. And to his gelato makers. Everything was perfect. Maybe just one more person on the weekend.
