Paoli In Firenze

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The location is truly beautiful and evocative, well-maintained and pleasant, and the food was also very good, well-prepared, and tasty. Unfortunately, however, the service ruined much of the meal. The waiters were not at all kind or welcoming; in fact, at times they almost seemed annoyed by the presence of the customers. In particular, the waitress, Daniela, was constantly on the phone and paid very little attention to the tables. It was often difficult to call her when we needed something. It's truly a shame, because with such a beautiful location and good cuisine, more attentive and professional service would have made the experience much better.

Excellent!! The meat and pasta were top-notch!! A bit pricey for the portion size, but it's better than too much and not good 😅

Simply wonderful dinner. We started with a truly excellent charcuterie board, featuring quality ingredients and authentic flavors. Then came a spectacular Florentine steak, cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, accompanied by well-crafted side dishes and a bottle of wine that perfectly complemented everything. The bill was €108 for two, absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food, the portions, and the level of service. The staff was impeccable: professional, attentive, and always kind. But the real magic is the atmosphere. The venue is wonderful, in true Florentine style, with frescoes that make the space elegant, warm, and unique. You can feel the history in every room. An experience that goes beyond just dinner. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience a truly Florentine evening.

I came here because I was told I absolutely had to try the T-bone steak when I came to Florence, and I was so satisfied! I tried both the Chianina steak and the T-bone, and both were delicious, but if you only order one, I highly recommend the Chianina! The meat was so tender and delicious! ㅠㅠ Florentine meat is on a whole other level, I'm obsessed with it! 🥹❤️👍👍👍 I also recommend ordering grilled vegetables or potatoes to enjoy alongside! Maybe because I love meat, the beef tartare, which tastes like raw beef, was delicious, and the truffle pasta and seafood pasta were both very satisfying. ㅎㅎ The food, atmosphere, and service were all great. ㅎㅎ Paoli, good, good.😆

I'm giving the food a 4/5 rating only because the poached egg with truffle was a bit disappointing: the truffle, unfortunately, didn't have much flavor. The cheek in Chianti, however, was fantastic... it literally melted in your mouth! Emanuel was impeccable: kind, helpful, thoughtful, and above all, capable of making us smile so much. After a long day at work, finding someone so nice really makes a difference! We'll be happy to return.
