Great restaurant, great food and service. The decorations are old, but very artistic and Florence. Try the upper stairs toilet, funny experience. I like it very much. I will visit again when I return to Florence. Their Florence steaks are very famous, but I quit beef for more than 20 years, so I didn’t try. The food I tried are outstanding.

The food was all delicious. The T-bone steak was a little tough, but it was okay! There was a Korean female employee at the reception, probably to accommodate Koreans... She was very rude. I don't know why she was there. Oh, and if you make a reservation through the fork app, you get a 30% discount, but be sure to check the bill before paying. Sometimes the regular price is applied, not the discount. In other words, we had to pay again!!

EMANUEL staff were so kind and helpful that I had a great meal. The food was delicious and the tiramisu service was also great😄😄

I visited without a reservation and was able to use it right away! The bread and oil before the meal were delicious! It was nice that there was a staff member who spoke Korean well! Everything from the T-bone steak to the pasta was delicious! The server Emanuel was so kind!!😊

1kg of T-bone steak, baked potatoes, and roasted vegetables were enough for 2 people. The more you eat T-bone steak, the more delicious it is. Ammar is kind!

The gnudi and Livorno-style cod are excellent, delicate and tender, although not fried and with little tomato. Prices are not low but if you want quality it is normal to spend more

14/05/2025: For lunch or dinner at Gilda, which is an institution, you can never go wrong, the environment is particularly characteristic and imaginative like the owner, excellent and refined dishes especially in the raw materials and in the Florentine typicality, the service is very precise, the price is a little high but it's worth it.
