We didn’t go here for the food. We went for the atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful. The food is good. We got pasta and it was good. But that’s it. Just good. I gave it four stars for the beauty and the exceptional service but the food was sadly just 3 stars.

We enjoyed the Bistecca Chianina, so tender and flavorful. Our grilled vegetables were plain but a drizzle of olive oil improved their flavor, and the spaghetti vongole was excellent but wished it was served as a separate course. By the time I ate some of the bistecca and vegetables, the pasta was a bit cold, but still quite delicious. Terrific service, even though our 6:00 reservation did not go through, we were seated within minutes. The fresco reproductions are very tasteful and interior very well designed, the very narrow spiral staircase to the WC led to some spontaneous conversations! And best of all our waiter was attentive, efficient, and very charming, highly recommend.👌🏽

An evocative place where culinary delights meet a historic and artistic setting. The cornerstone of Florence, which here encapsulates the essence of the city. The historic setting speaks for itself, but the opportunity to sample the restaurant's signature dishes and more makes the stay sublime. The chef is superb, as is the entire dining room and kitchen staff, knowledgeable, talented, and attentive. The dishes deserve a chapter all their own. The menu features the restaurant's signature dishes, such as beans and sausage, right up to today's exquisite meats. A culinary journey that anyone who loves good food shouldn't miss.

If I had to pick the best restaurant in Florence, the one I'd go back to again, it would be this one. I've had T-bone steak at three places, and this one had the highest percentage of tenderloin, and it was the most delicious! The restaurant is very clean and nice, and the wine is also affordable! The staff is also very friendly! I especially appreciate AMMAR!

T-bone steaks are cheaper than in Korea. The staff are friendly, and the Korean menu makes ordering easier. The interior is also warm.
