Absolutely delicious. Stumbled upon this place while walking around Messina. Bought arancini, scaccia and cannolo. The yummiest I've had so far on this trip 😋

I don't know why I'd always snubbed this place.
I have to change my mind. Even though the place was packed, the staff was always courteous and helpful.
I had some traditional Messina focaccia, which was good in taste and cooking.
I'll be back!

Small quaint place which had a large selection of food available. Both persons within spoke English and were accomodating. Only a small bar area to sit down and eat. Mainly a place to take your food away.

I ate an excellent arancini from Messina, one of the best in Messina. The filling was perfect, with well-cooked rice (in some takeaways in Messina, the rice could be spread on a sandwich 🤮). In Panyllo's arancini, the saffron is visible, and the rice is golden brown. Unfortunately, many takeaways in Messina don't understand that arancini rice should be yellow/golden, which is why they use saffron. I trust Panyllo to spread this detail and make it known to all takeaways in Messina.
