Excellent service like everything else

The pizza was really good, even the one I had was gluten-free. It's a nice place to spend a quiet evening.

Excellent pizza...disappointing mixed roast...friendly staff

We went with friends. The location is beautiful, a terrace with plants, flowers and even a well. It has an internal parking lot, an added value, considering the confusion of Nicolosi. The pizzas are excellent! Well seasoned and digestible; superior to the soft pizzas declared "gourmet". Those who had the hamburger were very satisfied because it was delicious. Even the desserts are superlative, the gem is the cheesecake tart with black cherries, of their creation... to try! A round of applause to the staff, attentive and professional, especially to the two young guys, very polite and efficient. Excellent value for money. Congratulations!

Nice place, quiet and high up. The service was quite strange, because they were often forgotten. The food was quite pleasant but you could feel that many things were "already done", apart from some parmigiana and omelette. Overall we were satisfied, personally I think they should spend a little more effort on the culinary point of view, which however remains wide choice and quite pleasant. I hope I have not offended anyone, I wanted to be constructive. Thank you for your attention 😊

Very good pizzas, Sicilian rustic dough (crunchy) not too loaded with toppings, so you fully appreciate the flavor of everything, very large and cheap, the lady who welcomed and served us was very kind and helpful, beautiful place, with private parking available, there were 12 of us and even though we all took different pizzas you did everything impeccably, truly well done, we will be back thanks for everything and sorry for the time.

While passing through the area we decided to have dinner in this restaurant which is poorly indicated on the catering reference sites (wrong GPS indication), but is located in the middle of a residential area which blends in with the various private homes. Nice environment but little connected with the surrounding environment (I remember that we are on the slopes of Etna) We ordered two simple appetizers, very generous. Having seen the dishes, I would have appreciated the owner's suggestion to avoid taking two starters given the abundance. Particular note for the pizzas, maybe because I'm used to other types of dough but in the end we didn't like it or at least we noticed the difference. Lightly leavened dough, more biscuity and sweet. The final result, however, is a pizza more similar to a painting due to the care taken in arranging the ingredients on the pizza. Apart from the description of the "Cratere" pizza (I don't remember the name) to be clear, the one with the burrata in the center and pistachio cream as if it were raining. In reality it has a soul of potatoes...many potatoes, too many potatoes, which are cleverly used to support and hold the mixture that forms the crater. This too was toasted, with almost no speck. Honestly, I wouldn't take it again, it has a too flat taste, nothing stands out, everything is dominated by the pistachio and the burrata (lacking the speck and having removed all the potatoes) which is mixed in at the end. Good and friendly service but in reality the place was empty so I can't say anything else.

Pizzeria in periferia di Nicolosi ma non ha niente da invidiare ad altre più blasonate. Servizio veloce, professionale e cortese. Pizza superlativa con impasto tra il napoletano e siciliano con ingredienti di prima qualità. Facilissimo trovare parcheggio. Consigliato
