By chance, while driving from the beach, we stumbled upon Gioia del Calle. We were hungry. It took a while to find a restaurant (we were in an unfamiliar town), but it was 100% worth it. A top-notch culinary experience. Every dish we ordered took us to the heights of our palate. I highly recommend it, not just for the hungry... 10/10

A delightful place. We arrived and were immersed in the historic center, in true Apulian style. The owner was very welcoming and kind, thank goodness he was there, because the waitress, a young girl with short hair, who served us, was difficult and not at all welcoming. On more than one occasion, we felt awkward. Probably because of the time? I don't know... but if I sit down, it's also to relax and feel in a comfortable and welcoming place. Which is why everything is perfect, but I would revise the staff. Or at least train them, since everyone can make mistakes and, above all, everyone has the right to learn and understand the value of work. Ad majora, especially to her.

Great, friendly service, who spontaneously added another table for us because all the others were fully booked. The food (mixed bruschetta, tagliata, tiramisu) was delicious. The prices are more than fair for the quality! We'll be back.

Restaurante muy agradable en el estilo pugliano en Gioia del colle. Tuvimos salmón y ensalada y un hermoso vino a juego. Mucho pan crujiente y buen aceite de oliva. El personal es muy amable, lo que hace mucha diferencia con la experiencia general. Vale la pena visitarlo.

Sensational. An unpretentious place with great food and an extensive wine list, including Primitivo (from the region). The fresh dishes (carpaccios, cheeses, etc.) are highly recommended. The outdoor seating in the summer is charming. And the service is incredible. I loved it!
