We only had lunch, friendly staff, excellent value for money, prices are below average but the quality of the food is good. I give 5 stars but I have a direct message to the manager or owner: the place has excellent potential with very little it could present itself much better, I go into specifics on the critical issues: the menus are old and dirty, the light bulbs, not all working, at a cold temperature coupled the color of the white walls creates a gray and sad atmosphere, even the illuminated dishes lose a lot, with a bit of color and simple warm light bulbs (2700-3000k max) everything would change, the counter bar..... A disaster, dirty and in disarray (there were only 9 customers in the room), on the back counter a myriad of receipts abandoned in bulk.... Good background music but interrupted by commercials in English.. ... a damn Spotify playlist would make the difference...... Truly a terrible image of scruffiness and neglect that doesn't do justice to the place and the quality of the food, the outside ditto... Sign off, some lamps burned.... In short, from the outside it seems almost closed and abandoned... Too bad truly, happy new year!!

The restaurant appears stuck in time due to a bit of neglect and simplicity but offers exquisite dishes with fair portions
To try leaving out pretenses and expecting a calm and modest climate
The owner is reserved but very kind

Light lunch with friends in this historic restaurant in Piazzetta delle Erbe with many Ligurian dishes on the menu. Seated in the internal room, we ate only the first courses and desserts, simply drinking water. The testaroli with pesto are good, even if a little salty. The fish first courses are good and also abundant, in particular the spaghetti with mussels and clams. Homemade desserts (sacrepantina and trifle) good. Courteous and timely service. 20% thefork discount applied correctly with a final cost of 17 euros each. Recommended place.

Pandos Dal 1970 in Genoa is a true treasure of traditional Italian cuisine. Pasta with pesto is simply delicious, with a fresh and perfectly balanced flavor. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service make the experience even better. If you are looking to enjoy authentic food from the region, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended for lovers of Italian gastronomy. I will definitely return!

This evening my husband and I ate in this restaurant, with the outdoor area located in the characteristic Piazza delle Erbe.
The testaroli with pesto and the spaghetti with seafood are excellent, and the fried fish is also very good

The raviolis and the spada were delicious! This restaurant deserves a way higher grade :) The shrimp raviolis were tender with the perfect balance of taste between herbs, pastas and taste of sea and the spada was soft with the perfect combination of oil and lemon. Would come back with pleasure!

Sorprende. No hay que ir con hambre sino dispuesto a probar la mejor comida de Genoa. No por nada están desde 1790. Prueben los rabiemos de Albahaca rellenos de gambas y su postre, Sacrintina!

Siamo andati al ristorante tramite The Fork. Si trova nei vicoli di Genova. Menù basico. Accoglienza abbastanza fredda. Piatti normali nulla di eccezionale. Mi aspettavo di più essendo "la storia di Genova". Locale molto retrò.

We went to the restaurant via The Fork. It is located in the alleys of Genoa. Basic menu. Fairly cold welcome. Normal dishes nothing exceptional. I expected more being "the history of Genoa". Very retro place.
