Dining at this restaurant was truly a pleasant surprise. The service was perfect: the owner was extremely kind and professional. The traditional Genoese dishes were well-prepared. Highly recommended.

A typical Italian restaurant with traditional dishes and excellent service. The gentleman who served us was very friendly and explained the dishes perfectly. The house white wine was also excellent. We will return. And the desserts are all homemade :-)

Sapendo della storicità di questo locale, mi aspettavo di vederne le tracce anche all'interno. Invece l'ho trovato molto anonimo e asettico. Il menù è tipico genovese. Ho ordinato trofie al pesto e calamari fritti con patatine. Buono e gustoso il primo, non male i calamari, sulle patate invece ho qualche riserva. Erano rinsecchite oltre ad essere di taglia extrasmall. Piacevole invece la meringata con cioccolato caldo. Servizio cortese ma decisamente lento, nonostante non ci fosse il pienone. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo con la promozione The Fork.

Abbiamo pranzato due volte in questo ristorante del centro storico e ci siamo trovati bene per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Oggi ci hanno anche applicato lo sconto del 20% avendo prenotato con the fork. Abbiamo consumato ottime trofie al pesto e fritto di calamari molto buoni, interessante anche il pesce spada con carciofi. Speciale il sorbetto di mela al calvados. Anche il servizio è stato cortese, l’ambiente è tranquillo e arredato in modo tradizionale, esperienza positiva ci torneremo

I went to the restaurant that I have known for years but had never tried, thinking, given the privileged location, that it was very expensive. The fish is very fresh and freshly cooked. The service was friendly and very attentive. Prices are more than honest (25 euros per person).
