Excellent wine, great sandwiches made fresh while enjoying great conversation. One of the highlights of my trip to Rome. Looking forward to grabbing some more delicious food for the next leg of our journey! Purchased wine and sandwiches to go, enjoyed while taking in the spectacular sites of historical surroundings.

We adore staying nearby this lovely family deli. Lorenzo takes great care in preparing our orders and we are always delighted by his creations. It is heartwarming to be greeted as if we are locals, and we have been honored to call these folks friends.

Excellent place run by a super great person. Lorenzo always finds time to talk about great wines, advises on which ones are best to buy. The store offers delicious, freshly prepared sandwiches, local cheeses, cold cuts and other delicacies.

Incredible, spectacular!! It is a touristy place and they have been the best sandwiches I have had in Rome, so much so that we repeat. The guy who prepares them is very nice and has good recommendations. Thanks for the snacks “Flavia Forever.”

A lovely little shop frequented by locals. The boy who served us was very nice and made himself understood perfectly in Spanish. He has prepared a very delicious sandwich for us and has also recommended several restaurants to go to.

Il Monticello

10/03/2024: It has become our point of reference when we come to Monteporzio. The welcome from Angela and her staff is splendid, the place is beautiful and clean. What about the kitchen: we would have taken everything that was on the menu and outside. Traditional but light cuisine, fresh products, often at km0. Surely if we end up in Monteporzio again we will return, both to the restaurant and to the delightful bad and breakfast. Sincere congratulations!

04/04/2024: The restaurant also offers a tasting menu which allows you to taste various dishes, all very good. I recommend the Dal lentils which were truly amazing! Excellent starter, everything good! Really nice place and precise service
