Excellent Bakery located in a strategic position within the Trieste - Salario District. Very kind and qualified staff, high quality products. Five stars more than deserved for the quality of the food, but also for the service and the location. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

Historic Roman bakery. The fact that it's been there for over 100 years says it all. The red pizzas are addictive :)

27/05/2026: We happened upon this delightful little restaurant and wow were we impressed. The food was amazing, the staff top notch, the atmosphere was fantastic. Cannot give this restaurant enough stars. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
26/05/2026: We had two wonderful evenings. We (7 people) were served very attentively by PINO. On the first evening, we had a mixed fish appetizer. Very, very delicious, with many different kinds of fish. On the second evening, we had various pasta dishes. At the end, schnapps was served – very authentic and heartfelt. Thank you so much!!!
