Location is great. Connected to the airport, minutes walk to check in counter. Breakfast is nice. By Malpensa Express, within an hour reaching Cadoma - walking distance to Duomo.

A safe choice for a pre-flight hotel stay. Comfortable and clean, this hotel seemed like a better option than the Moxie. Access to the hotel is a bit convoluted. Look for signs to the train or parking , take the glass elevators down to the lower level and then take the walkway to the building just across from the terminal. Doors to the basement level lobby are just to the right. Staff were very helpful and professional.

Very good hotel for the people who is going travelling or they have convention it has very nice services and good rooms. You don’t have to go outside the airport.

The Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel is all about convenience. Located directly inside Terminal 1, it’s the perfect choice for travelers with early flights, late arrivals, or long layovers. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable rest just steps from the gates. Staff is efficient, and check-in/check-out is smooth even during busy times. The food options are decent, especially the breakfast buffet, though prices are on the higher side. While there’s not much to do around the hotel itself, direct train access to Milan makes it easy to reach the city if you have time. Overall, it’s not a place for charm or long stays, but for airport convenience, it’s hard to beat.

I stayed here in preparation for an early morning departure. The hotel entrance is just outside the train station ticket gate. It's a very convenient location as it's about a 5 minute walk from the entrance to the airport check-in counter. The rooms are large and very clean. The gym is large and has plenty of machines. Please note that the lounge serves food until 19:30 and alcohol until 20:00, and after that there is no alcohol or food, only snacks and soft drinks.

It is vastly vastly overpriced. The only vantage point is the location inside Terminal 1. Massive hotel, can walk forever to get to the room. Rooms are nice, modern decor and clean.

The room is clean and tidy. It's located within the airport. It's very convenient to take the train to the city. You don't have to change trains. The breakfast is also good. I like all kinds of raw ham and cheese!

I am now a loyal customer of the Sheraton Malpensa, of which I appreciate the splendid location, practically inside the airport area. Excellent staff at reception and fantastic staff at the restaurant. We are now friends with some of them and with the director of the restaurant, a Calabrian, exchanging news about the places we are going to on holiday. The only note I feel like making concerns the menu. Honestly it's always the same and now a little monotonous....what if we tried to renew it a little??? An immeasurable quality is the absolute silence of the structure... you wouldn't think we were 300 meters from the slopes... next appointment with you in April!!
