I am now a loyal customer of the Sheraton Malpensa, of which I appreciate the splendid location, practically inside the airport area. Excellent staff at reception and fantastic staff at the restaurant. We are now friends with some of them and with the director of the restaurant, a Calabrian, exchanging news about the places we are going to on holiday. The only note I feel like making concerns the menu. Honestly it's always the same and now a little monotonous....what if we tried to renew it a little??? An immeasurable quality is the absolute silence of the structure... you wouldn't think we were 300 meters from the slopes... next appointment with you in April!! Greetings to everyone and to my friend the Director!!

The room is clean and tidy. It's located within the airport. It's very convenient to take the train to the city. You don't have to change trains. The breakfast is also good. I like all kinds of raw ham and cheese!

Inside the airport, terminal 1, comfort, peace, cleanliness and convenience

This airport hotel deserves a 5 star rating! The best thing is of course the recently renovated room with a stylish design. The hotel is very large, so you have to allow a few minutes to reach the room from reception. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Note: (either due to house rules or legal reasons in Italy) It is not allowed to leave your suitcase at the hotel for a few days. Instead, you have to go to a Luggage Storage store in the terminal on the arrivals level. The store is located near #5 on Arrivals Level. Storage there costs 8 euros per day per suitcase.

Just an average hotel, breakfast is not good.

Very comfortable and welcoming hotel, with large spaces and various services including gym and spa.

Convenient for those who have to take off from "Silvio Berlusconi".

Excelent rooms! The local where it is is great inside the airport. You pay for this.. the breakfast I thought too expensive, but was vary good!

the hotel was a very nice surprise: the comfort, the friendly staff, the little surprises (we found a little sweet in our room) make you want to come back.
