Every time I stay here they don’t email me the receipt. Every other Marriott in the world sends me the bill within a day or 2. What’s going on here????? Rest if review: Attached to terminal one so a 5 min walk from the airport. My room was clean modern and bright with a window that actually opened! Room was ready when committed. Front desk staff were fast and pleasant. Room was spotless and secure. HVAC system was quiet. Got a great nights sleep as the room was very quiet. Breakfast was sensational especially the eggs. If you have an early am flight or arrive from overseas early in the AM this is the place to stay - just make sure you walk away with your receipt!

I just expected an ok hotel to spend the night but it turned out to be one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to. Spectacular breakfast area and the breakfast itself. Huge room that we were upgraded to thanks to titanium status. Very well insulated, you can’t hear planes or anything. Room was so nice too.

I often stay at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa for work, and every time, breakfast is my favorite time, thanks to Fulvia. She's a radiant presence, always smiling, with a gaze that exudes kindness and warmth. Her manner is elegant, attentive, and genuine: she welcomes you as if you were a special guest, even on the most hectic mornings. It's rare to find people like her, capable of elevating not only the experience, but also the hotel's image with their humanity. Fulvia is a true asset: she makes the breakfast room a pleasant, serene, and memorable place. Kudos to the Sheraton for having such a valuable professional on the team.

Fantastic. In Terminal 1, great if you have a flight there.

I had to take an early flight out of Malpensa so I booked a room at the Sheraton there. The location is perfect, just steps away from Terminal 1. My room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like soft pillows, which I don't always find at hotels where I stay, but the ones here were perfect for me.

One of the top three best airport hotels I've stayed in so far. It's always a pleasure to return to this magnificent hotel, directly connected to Milan Malpensa Airport. All the rooms in this hotel are spacious, bright, and have a very modern and original style. The rooms are very spacious, clean, quiet, and equipped with every comfort. The cuisine is excellent. The bar is very nice and popular, with an excellent selection of cocktails and draft beers. The "Il Canneto" restaurant offers a remarkable selection of traditional and seasonal dishes that rivals more "local" restaurants; it's no coincidence that it's always very popular. The Fassona beef tartare was delicious, and the ossobuco accompanied by saffron risotto melted in my mouth; I confess, I struggled to finish it. The breakfast buffet is abundant and varied, with many sweet and savory options. The gym isn't huge, but the machines are excellent and sufficient for basic cardio and weight training. The spa with its indoor pool is also beautiful and very impressive. The staff is always very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were, how good the restaurant and service was in the hotel bar and restaurant. Sat to watch Wimbledon in the bar and they were super accommodating. Hotel is located directly next to attached international terminal 1 which is super convenient. Highly recommend.

Very convenient for early/late flights as it’s inside the airport. Service was TOO SLOW!! Hotel is HUGE and they only had ONE PORTER!!!!!! Poor porter.. we felt bad for him, but we needed a big trolley. We had to wait more than an hour to get our luggage and barely made it in time for check-in. Also, the floors upstairs are all carpet and it’s a long walk to the room, so the trolley becomes even heavierrr!!!!

The location is definitely the strongest point of this hotel - it’s directly connected to Malpensa Airport, just a few minutes’ walk from the terminals, which is incredibly convenient for early flights or late arrivals. The room I stayed in felt refreshed and clean, with modern touches that made it comfortable for a short stay. The swimming pool area also looked pleasant and, to my surprise, wasn’t crowded at all - a rare bonus in airport hotels. Breakfast was another highlight: very well stocked, with a wide variety of fresh items. Despite that, it felt a bit industrial in style and presentation. However, the breakfast staff were cool, positive, and created a welcoming atmosphere. On the downside, the common areas of the hotel are showing their age - outdated decor and lack of proper maintenance give an impression of a once-grand space now out of touch, especially disappointing considering this is in the fashion capital, Milan. Overall, while the convenience and select features were appreciated, the dated ambiance in shared spaces and the industrial feel of some services.

Very pleasant surprise. We got a brand new room, everything was great. The bathroom included all of the amenities toothpaste toothbrush, and all other toiletries you will need. Rooms are spacious and soundproofing was decent. It super conveniently located right in the terminal. But remember it is in the arrivals level so give yourself plenty of time. This airport is looong.
