On way back to NZ - check in staff was extremely friendly, room service yummy and staff once again extremely friendly, room is 5 out of 5 Three minutes walk to the terminal.

Great location if you have an early flight, it is connected to the airport and the Malpensa express train. Lounge ran out of food 30 min before it closed. Elite status recognized. I would go back again

Not that good sound proofing, we can feel train vibration and sound, kids in other rooms where loud, closing doors and running in corridor. Our room was way too far walk in level 3, we have fleight next morning. Club buffet was a bit of snacks rather than than a good open buffet food. Breakfast food was ok but coffee machine coffee was not that nice, Barnstable coffee was better, staff did not bother to take away dirty dishes.

22/11/2025: Found this place by chance thanks to my friend SZ. Small, family-run place. Excellent trio of first courses, top-quality ingredients, and chef Elio is a guarantee. Homemade desserts. Definitely worth returning.
21/09/2025: You leave Paola and Elio's full and happy! The food is excellent, the desserts exquisite, the view beautiful, and they're so lovely! It's like being at home...but the food is better 😉❤️
