The hotel could also be rated higher, but one must take into account the difficulty of access from terminal 2. We landed at 2:40 AM and attempted to take a taxi. Unfortunately, the taxi driver refused to take us, citing the low profitability of the ride as a reason. We then had to wait for the shuttle that passed at 3:30, arriving at the hotel at 4:00.

My family and I had the privilege of staying at this hotel during our vacation in Northern Italy. Every aspect of what you would look for in a hotel was covered. Location: 10/10 Located literally across from the airport and connected to one of the terminals, this hotel was great for us because the car rental (Hertz) was 25 feet away from the entrance. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and saved us a lot of time getting to the plane. Food: 9/10 Most people don’t associate 5 star dining and hotels. Our dinner was at the restaurant located on the first floor. Everything was presentable, clean, and tasty as well. The staff was friendly and responded to every command we gave them. Recreation/Free time: 9/10 To our surprise a fitness center and pool were walking distance from our room. Sheraton really stepped their game up another level with the amenities and things guests could do to either exercise and relax. This is the kind of pool/lounge you would find in a Ritz Carlton type of place. Rooms: 10/10 Well I gave this a good review for many reasons. First, we had stayed in other places during this vacation. The other places were not as spacious. The rooms here were spacious, clean, luxury material, luxury soap brand in the shower, etc. The TV is perfect and the beds were too and had enough room between them. We were able to plug in our cell phone chargers through the USB outlets by the beds. Plus they gave us two complimentary bottles of water. Everything you could ask for in a hotel room. Overall, the Sheraton at Milan MPX airport is the most ideal place one would stay if they are using the airport. Even if not, there is access to public transportation for guests who want to see the city. Highly recommended.

This is absolutely the best place to stay when traveling to or through Milan. At the end of our long stay in Italy, we wanted everything to be easy—and the Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel (Terminal 1) made that happen perfectly. The hotel is designed with travelers in mind: located right inside Malpensa Airport Terminal 1, over the train station, and just steps from the rental car return, everything is incredibly convenient and efficient. The staff is warm, professional, and so accommodating. Even housekeeping was mindful of our privacy while still keeping the room fresh and stocked with clean towels. The restaurant serves delicious food, and we had an especially memorable dinner on Thursday night—there was a live performance by @marinella_cavolina, whose voice was so passionate and beautiful it genuinely brought me to tears. A completely unexpected and moving experience that made our evening unforgettable. We also visited the Cocoon Wellness Spa, which added an extra layer of calm and comfort before our flight home. We will always stay here when traveling through Milan and highly recommend it to anyone passing through northern Italy. The Sheraton Malpensa makes travel feel peaceful and effortless

Location is great. Connected to the airport, minutes walk to check in counter. Breakfast is nice. By Malpensa Express, within an hour reaching Cadoma - walking distance to Duomo.

A safe choice for a pre-flight hotel stay. Comfortable and clean, this hotel seemed like a better option than the Moxie. Access to the hotel is a bit convoluted. Look for signs to the train or parking , take the glass elevators down to the lower level and then take the walkway to the building just across from the terminal. Doors to the basement level lobby are just to the right. Staff were very helpful and professional.

Very good hotel for the people who is going travelling or they have convention it has very nice services and good rooms. You don’t have to go outside the airport.

Overall, it’s not a place for charm or long stays, but for airport convenience, it’s hard to beat.

Even though I changed everything the way I liked it, including the day of the room, etc., they satisfied me and solved everything

I stayed here in preparation for an early morning departure. The hotel entrance is just outside the train station ticket gate. It's a very convenient location as it's about a 5 minute walk from the entrance to the airport check-in counter. The rooms are large and very clean. The gym is large and has plenty of machines. Please note that the lounge serves food until 19:30 and alcohol until 20:00, and after that there is no alcohol or food, only snacks and soft drinks.
