The sandwiches are good, but not exceptional. €12 per sandwich is quite a lot. There's no price list, so the price is known after purchase, depending on the type and quantity of ingredients. A plus is that they're large and freshly made in front of you. They also let you try them before you choose the ingredients. And what would take one or two people here is done by four people.

The price is a bit high for the quality, and the seasoning isn't particularly good. It's salty, and even a big eater wouldn't be able to finish it all. Personally, it's expensive everywhere anyway, so I don't think it needs to be here.

Service is always amazing. Let’s you try everything as you build your own sandwich. Would definitely recommend if new and want to try stuff.

Best panini sandwich I’ve ever had. Fresh ingredients, great flavour, and consistent quality. I liked it so much I came two days in a row. I’d come again for sure if I wasn’t travelling back. :(

Carlo, the owner, welcomed us with genuine warmth and cooked us the most delicious dishes we've tasted since arriving in Italy. Amidst the aromas, flavors, and smiles, we shared Neapolitan stories and sentiments, telling him we'd soon be leaving. It was an encounter full of flavor and emotion, the kind you'll treasure. You can tell this is a place run by its owner, with a passion that shines through in every detail. Best of all, the value for money is exceptional, too good for food and service of this level. A truly special corner of Florence.
