The bread was crunchy and airy but not tough. It was perfecto!! You kind of build your own sandwich but they will hold your hand if needed. Delish, would highly recommend.

The panini was good but quit expansive. We paid 38€ for 3 panini and a small water. On the menue were no prices online outside it said something.

The food was very tasty, the atmosphere was beautiful right next to the cathedral and the prices were relatively expensive. I mean, for a Panini with cold cuts, cheese, focaccia and tomato I paid 12€ which is quite expensive.

Petite boutique de Panzani en face du duomo. On peut goûter les ingrédients avant de faire soi-même son sandwich. 12 euros le panini mais avec de bons ingrédients et bonne quantité. Une bonne surprise.

14/07/2025: La Bussola was one of our favorite meals in Florence! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of classic Florentine charm and modern touches. Every dish we ordered was spot-on — from the freshly made pasta to the beautifully cooked meats and the irresistible tiramisu. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and they made us feel truly welcome. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend making a reservation — this place is popular for good reason!

06/04/2025: Ottima cucina con possibilità di asporto o di consumazione sul posto. Menù variegato, per tutti i gusti. Buoni i vini. Occorre munirsi di pazienza perché al bancone sono solo in due, una per la preparazione delle pietanze e l’altra per il servizio. Nei weekend è preso d’assalto e il tutto si traduce in tempi di attesa un po’ esasperati. Consigliato comunque per la cortesia e la qualità offerta!
28/03/2025: Vino casual y "mordiscos" spot. Sólo tres mesas pequeñas en el bar. Hay más en otra habitaciónCook / barman nos hizo sus elecciones de Crostones . . ambos fueron fabulosos. Otros estaban disfrutando de platos de carnes y quesos o albóndigas.
