A unique and unforgettable experience. The best sandwiches I've ever eaten. Simple and, above all, clean. Definitely worth returning. The lampredotto was amazing The wild boar alla Volterrana was exceptional The peposo was amazing Congratulations again to the couple! The simplest things in life are sometimes the ones that stay in your heart ❤️

The sandwiches are very good and well filled, there is a wide choice and the owners are kind, the sandwiches have an average cost of 7.50, being small they do not have the possibility of sitting, recommended

No visit to Volterra is complete without trying one of these panini. They are traditionally made with great care and attention to detail. The selection is so vast that it's hard to choose. It would be interesting to know how many decades this panini shop has been here.

Great sandwiches at reasonable prices. You can choose from a selection of pre-made options or create your own. The staff is friendly and eager to help you choose the ingredients. A basic understanding of Italian definitely helped, but it wasn't necessary, as the staff was helpful to everyone. :) I recommend it.

We don't recommend Affetaco Toscano. I find it disappointing that there's a sandwich you can order that consists of a bun and salami. There's no butter, no sauce, nothing. I don't know how much you have to pay for a good panini.

03/03/2026: I give 5 stars for everything. Let me start by saying that I'm absolutely thrilled by the places that have shaped and continue to shape our culinary history. Homemade food with authentic flavors, friendly, welcoming service, as if you were eating at my uncle's in Pisa. The atmosphere is small and intimate, where you can chat even with the next table. It was a real pleasure eating, and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Stelio himself, 91 years old! Top! After eating and drinking, I recommend the house tiramisu and the Ponce! Excellent digestif!
27/02/2026: Exclusive experience: the last Pisan trattoria in over 60 years, with the same owner. Excellent cuisine at affordable prices. Not to be missed.

20/01/2026: Small space, but for meat lovers, it's heaven. You walk in and, with all those hams and cheeses on display, it's instantly love at first sight. The staff is welcoming and knows how to put you at ease. The cuisine amazed me with the quality and deliciousness of the dishes. Simple, yet very refined. The wine selection is excellent. Not cheap, but the quality is very high. Very satisfied.
17/01/2026: A lovely Italian restaurant with authentic Tuscan food-everything was delicious and comforting, with generous portions and excellent pasta. Friendly, attentive service and a warm atmosphere. I’d happily come back!
