Simple and delicious. The wild Boar was amazing. We took ours away and sat looking out at the amazing country views.

Friendly, welcoming and competent staff, extraordinary sandwiches with excellent products (porchetta, courgettes, tomatoes and rocket), to be enjoyed in one of the suggestive panoramic points. Undoubtedly one of the best I've ever eaten. Correct price. Advised!!!

Panineria eccellente, con prodotti freschissimi. Sono passato con mia moglie mentre facevamo un giro per il centro di Volterra, Panini di qualità e prezzi molto più che onesti Personale accogliente e gentile, i tempi di attesa sono giustissimi Complimenti

Un panino fantastico con cinghiale cucinato in maniera buonissima abbinato ai funghi .. davvero un angolino di Volterra da provare! Bravi!

20/08/2024: It deserves 6 stars! The manager is very friendly, and the price-quality ratio is excellent. €10 per board and drink, for this quality, it’s really great, and the focaccia served with it is delicious. Thank you for this moment!

08/12/2024: Very good meat. What disappointed us a little was the service; assuming that neither I nor my partner are knowledgeable about quality cuts of meat, we came to this restaurant looking for something new, an experience. When ordering we asked the waitress for advice on what to have and which wine to pair with that particular cut, unfortunately she wasn't able to tell us anything and we did it ourselves. We were lucky to choose, completely at random, a cut of meat that we liked. Well, perhaps a little more preparation, given the quantity of types of meat and wines, would have been appreciated.
22/11/2024: More than a dinner I would define it as a unique experience, an appetizer of cured meats of exceptional quality not to mention the bread and the flatbread, we had 1 Chianina steak and one Angus steak with baked potatoes and beans! Never heard of anything like this Good! all this combined with a beautiful environment with friendly and professional staff! I can't wait to return!
