Very good ingredients, the wild boar panini is delicious. Possibility of composing with eggplant, truffle sauces, cold meats and Tuscan specialties. Service as fast as it is friendly.

Panini con ingredienti di alta qualità e molta varietà di ingredienti, pane croccante ma non asciutto. L’unica cosa che posso dire è che c’era un bel po di fila, ma per i panini che vendono è giustificata, personale gentile che ha saputo consigliarmi al meglio. Ottima esperienza

20/08/2024: It deserves 6 stars! The manager is very friendly, and the price-quality ratio is excellent. €10 per board and drink, for this quality, it’s really great, and the focaccia served with it is delicious. Thank you for this moment!

30/08/2024: Arrived in Pisa later in the day for our last evening of holiday with virtually no expectations whatsoever of restaurant choice. Found this place and its good reviews. It turned out to be the best dinner of the whole holiday, the food was delicious, the prices were more than reasonable, cozy service but above all an exceptionally friendly and guiding waiter. He made our last night memorable! - A must in Pisa!
29/08/2024: Everything excellent from the wine to the dessert. Varied but not infinite menu, I'm just sorry not to be able to taste everything. Courteous and attentive service. Highly recommended
