Their sandwiches are amazing! Lots of options and they are helpful when choosing toppings. They spoke enough english to be helpful and we ended back there to grab a sandwich to go! Highly recommend!

We decided to eat without looking at the reviews... excellent sandwiches... kindness of the staff and also a lot of care in preparing the sandwiches.... price in line with the sandwich we ate (1 with finocchiona, porcini mushrooms, mushroom and truffle sauce, pecorino and grilled courgettes and the other with porchetta, pecorino and porcini mushrooms)... we were bursting... well done!! I would definitely go back!

Incredible sandwiches and paninis with indoor tables across the street. Lovely staff who speak English and have good recommendations if you don’t know what to get One of us got a hamburger there and unexpectedly it was incredible. Very different than an American burger 10/10 will return

Very good panini, the best we ate in Tuscany. It is worth choosing focaccia instead of bread, it is delicious. We ate with porchetta and with truffles, both very tasty. You can choose additions to each sandwich such as mushrooms, dried tomatoes, caramelized onion or other vegetables. Helpful service

Hemos estado en Volterra un par de veces. Vi este lugar antes, pero siempre había una cola enorme. Una buena señal, pero nunca tuvimos tiempo. Hasta este año. Sigue siendo una línea, pero no está tan mal... así que lo intentamos. Y los Panini - recién hechos - son algunos de los mejores que he probado. Pan fresco de alta calidad. Con coberturas generosas de su elección. Teníamos uno con un poco de cebolla y una buena carga de Porchetta. Muy bien cocinado, bien condimentado. La otra la cubrimos con una gran cantidad de Prosciutto crudo, champiñones y una crema de peperoni. Una fantástica combinación y explosión de sabores. Es realmente un lugar fantástico para comer algo. Gran relación calidad-precio, lo mejor para disfrutar en el mirador de la Piazza Martiri Liberta - con vistas a la Toscana. No hay nada mejor que eso.

We've been in Volterra a few times. Seen this place before, but there was always a huge line. A good sign, but we never had the time. Until this years. Still a line, but not too bad....so we gave it a try. And the Panini - freshly made - are some of the best I've ever had. High quality, fresh bread. With generous toppings of your choice. We had one with some onions and a good load of Porchetta. Nicely cooked, well spiced. The other one we topped with a big amount of Prosciutto crudo, mushrooms and a peperoni (bell pepper) cream. A fantastic combination and bursting of flavours. It's really a fantastic place to grab a bite. Great value, best to enjoy at the viewpoint at the Piazza Martiri Liberta - overlooking Tuscany. It doesn't get any better than that.

A walk up Panini shop that has whole grain bread and accommodates a vegan, no oil (senza oilo) sandwich.

You have to queue (not even an exaggerated 15/20 minutes) and you get a stuffed and plentiful sandwich. Today we had porchetta and hot pecorino and finocchiona with fig and honey sauce. Very good
