I went for bread... there were lots of extras. Pizza, grilled vegetables, salads, charcuterie, pastries... it all looked delicious. Everything freshly made. I'll be back tomorrow for "extras" 😉

Oh, how delicious!!!!! The cherry tomato focaccia is mouth-watering...the other focaccias and desserts are no less delicious...not to mention the scamorza, ricotta, etc. Just passing by, and what a stop! 😊

I've been to Spiga d'Oro, a bakery in Monopoli, and I have to say that their giant pizza options are truly tasty and authentic, with distinct and balanced flavors. The pizza arrives served on a large aluminum tray, typical of traditional Italian pizzerias: light, durable, and perfect for large pizzas, it makes for a practical and convenient service, ideal for an informal and convivial atmosphere. The dough is thin and well-cooked, with a good balance between crispiness and softness, while the toppings are simple yet effective. The chips on top add a delicious and original touch, making the pizza even more delicious. Average prices, good quality, and quick service: a recommended stop for anyone looking for an excellent giant pizza in Monopoli. I'll definitely be back.

Here you'll find everything you need for a quick meal or a comfortable meal on the air-conditioned veranda or at the outdoor tables: first courses, second courses (hot or cold), focaccia (with fillings of your choice), traditional dishes, and even excellent desserts. In short, it's hard to ask for more; perhaps table service, but it wouldn't be a "simple bakery" anymore, even though it never was. Courtesy and helpfulness are the foundations of this establishment. I don't know what to say to those who wrote negative reviews. My experience was absolutely positive. Highly recommended.
