I'm from Mascali, and I often go there on Saturdays when I'm free to buy a Good to Go box, because my son particularly likes this surprise box idea. And I can say that we've always found the products to be to our liking, excellent quantity and quality... it's now becoming a pleasant habit!

07/10/2025: What a beautiful spot on the road to Etna. Wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature, with a forest nearby for walking. It felt almost magical, especially with the view. 🏔️ Great staff and a changing menu every evening with delicious food.
20/08/2025: The beds were really bad but the dinner and breakfast were super , would recommend only the food

Trattoria La Canonica

18/02/2026: We ordered pasta with white pesto and mussels and pasta with sardines a la Palermo – definitely some of the best things we ate in Catania. The location, right on the main square but slightly hidden, gives it a great Sicilian vibe. The older gentleman who served us didn't rush – which also gives it the perfect Sicilian feel, where you can sit, chat, and eat in peace. I highly recommend it.
24/10/2025: We had a lovely quiet lunch here during our day exploring Catania. The gentleman serving us was very nice and we both enjoyed our meals (especially the caprese). Would certainly come back if we return to Sicily!
