Beautiful place, new, very good quality of products, so why 3 stars? Because the place has enormous potential if it were in another place it would be top, it's a Ferrari that goes like a 500, the problem is that in Casentino there is a lack of professionalism, trained staff, you enter and lack of friendliness, the customer must be encouraged to consume, you need brilliant people behind a counter, who welcome the customer the way they walk in the door. It's not enough to redo your makeup, the extra gear is missing.

A certainty! Everything is good but berlingozzi are irresistible for me!!! Furthermore, with the move to the new premises we have gained a nice place in Bibbiena to have breakfast, lunch and aperitif. Well done 👍

The products are very good, the place is modern, well-kept and welcoming. Prices certainly above average (certainly due to the many costs). The staff are mostly friendly, the only problem is how slow it takes to get anything from the bar/pastry department and then pay.

19/11/2024: Il posto va cercato tra i vicoli di Montevarchi , dove sembra non ci sia niente ...ed invece si apre una porta discreta ma ben decisa su ciò che vuole presentare . Ingredienti locali valorizzati dallo chef che fa scoprire o riscoprire sapori e consistenze nuove e dimenticate . Personale carino e disponibile, ambiente industrial ricercato ma originale.
25/10/2024: Terminamos aquí por accidente y no nos decepcionó. Cuando lo encontramos no estábamos muy seguros, no era el tipo de establecimiento que esperábamos encontrar en esta ciudad relativamente tranquila. Decoración bastante escasa y moderna y una carta de platos muy diferentes con un ligero giro elaborado por Francesco a partir de ingrediente local. Nos arriesgamos y fuimos a por ello y fue genial. La experiencia fue mejorada por el muy atento y experto Geisel que se tomó el tiempo para escribir una larga lista de otros lugares para comer o visitar. Los precios son más que la media pero creo que buena relación calidad-precio. Gracias chicos por una noche encantadora.

08/04/2025: Sapori autentici toscani nel caratteristico borgo di Lucignano. Piatti semplici ma tipici della tradizione toscana preparati con cura…delizioso il filetto di maiale al finocchietto e una lode ai pici fatti in casa! Complimenti ad Elisabetta e al suo staff per la cordialità e gentilezza! Ottimo rapporto Qualità/prezzo: CONSIGLIATO! :)
16/02/2025: Siamo andati per la prima volta in questo bel locale e ci è piaciuto subito. Cordialità della titolare e ottimi piatti. Un luogo in cui ritornare con piacere.
