A great place, a real bakery, mainly frequented by locals. Located near the Norman Palace, this bakery and shop sells delicious baked goods and more, including local Sicilian pastries. Further on, you can see how the dough is made on-site. The service is also worth mentioning, as the young Italian waiter is always smiling, helpful, and kind, but truly very friendly. You can sit at a table in front of the shop. The bakery isn't the prettiest in terms of interior design, but it's all about quality and taste, and these are top-notch. Prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend it.

It's cheap and everything is delicious. You can buy a wide variety of things. They're open until quite late. I had the same experience as Hiura-san two years ago. They printed my Ryanair ticket for me. They were very kind and helpful. When I visited Palermo again at the end of September, I bought a lot of things as a token of my appreciation.

When it comes to value for money, you'll find only QUALITY here. Price doesn't exist, it's practically nonexistent. A FEW METERS FROM THE ROYAL PALACE. A MUST STOP BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR VISIT.

Drawn like Obelix by the fragrant smell of bread, I stumbled upon this shop almost by accident. Here I found the authentic Palermo, welcoming and authentic. Pane cunzato and ready-made dishes, pizzas, and much more. The kindness of the young man who served us was off the charts. When my son asked for a tuna and tomato sandwich, he didn't hesitate, and according to the little one, it was the best tuna sandwich he'd ever eaten. Avoid tourist-filled restaurants and the pre-packaged sandwiches found in many shops. Stop by. Super-fair prices. Did I mention super-friendly?

Discovered this bakery by chance and immediately adopted it! Very affordable prices, very friendly staff, and very, very high-quality products! €2 for 4 chocolate chip brioches, it would be criminal not to take advantage!

Sandwiches made with fresh bread and slices of prosciutto and mozzarella are the perfect way to get your day started. Great people working there! Recommend. Also for lunch they have lasagna and pizza & pasta so the good stuff.

I stayed in Palermo and stumbled upon this place by chance. A typical Palermo deli and bakery. The people are exceptionally kind and generous. The homemade cookies and sandwiches are very, very affordable. This place is definitely worth the detour and is located just a few meters from the tourist traps, which are overpriced for stale products. A must-visit 💚🤍♥️. P.S.: I would have given it a sixth ⭐️ if possible.

The real Palermo, not the one on via makeda. Grocery store with some prepared dishes. The guy who served us was kind like in times gone by. Leave the restaurants alone and come and get a sandwich here

19/11/2025: A small place with a sidewalk terrace. You'd expect generous dishes, but they're barely decent. Two cacio e pepe and a soda for €30! The menu is limited, too limited for this type of place. For me, it's not worth the trip.

28/10/2025: A very warm welcome, a smiling waiter, and quick service. They changed our wine because there was a problem with the one we were initially served. They didn't charge us for it and even offered us a complimentary digestif.
26/10/2025: The perfect place, a discovery of the 2025 season. Local, seasonal, and top-quality ingredients. The bruschetta tomatoes are aromatic and fragrant, with a touch of good extra virgin olive oil. The mussels are of excellent quality, fresh, perfectly prepared, firm, and not rubbery, with a delicious sauce of their own, seasoned so that the seasonings don't overwhelm their flavor. Next time, I'll ask for a spoon, because it would be a shame to leave such a wonder on the plate! The raw red shrimp from Mazzara del Vallo served with a drizzle of citron sauce and pink peppercorns. A masterpiece! The grilled swordfish is simply divine... The new team, led by Carlo and Mauro, make every effort to ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I consider this a prime example of how customer service should be. Attentive, kind, and genuine. I will be back, and I highly recommend it! Grazie di cuore e a presto 😘
