14/04/2026: The restaurant is very large, spread across multiple areas, making for a comfortable experience. It's right in the city center. The staff—because we're talking about very young professionals—are very attentive, they put a lot of thought into their offerings, and the food is spectacular, from appetizers to dessert. For the wines, we relied on their sommelier, who made some excellent suggestions. The prices are perfectly in line with the quality of the offerings. Well done.

08/04/2026: I chose the tasting menu, the "trust the kitchen" one where the chef selects the dishes himself, and I had no regrets. A carefully crafted, coherent sequence of courses, with a beautiful balance between Trieste tradition and contemporary technique. Two dishes deserve special mention: the sea bass tartare with marrow and the goat cheese-filled ravioli. But the real highlight of the evening was the service. The passionate and knowledgeable staff accompanied each course with a naturally suggested wine pairing! I would absolutely return!
