I've been coming to this bakery since I was little. The Vailati family is really kind, and the bread and pastries are delicious!

The savory pastries are good – I tried one Roman-style pizzeria with a thin crust and another with a thick, fluffy crust. Both were great. But the coffee wasn't good 😔 It was kind of watered down. It was impossible to communicate with the staff in English; everything was done in sign language. It was impossible to ask what was inside. Everything there seems to be sold by weight. I don't know how much each item cost, but the bill was quite high, and there was no way to ask about the prices.

It's wonderful that there are still honest people around. I left a €10 note behind today, and the ladies picked it up for me and even remembered my Canolo Siciliano! 😃 As some have mentioned, their English wasn't perfect—but it was enough for my order—and they were all the more welcoming for it. Grazie mille! 😃

Lovely pastries - the chocolate cream stuffed croissant is absolutely to die for, all at a very reasonable price (5 euro for two stuffed croissants and an espresso).

Bar Trattoria Prima di Tutto....

16/01/2026: Stopped in for a business lunch break, they offer a fixed menu for €13 with many options and the quality is very very good. I recommend it to anyone who is in those areas for work, given that it is difficult to find trattorias that offer menus like this in Milan nowadays, to book a table as it is quite crowded and arrive a little early to find parking.
03/12/2025: Appetizers and various dishes, but not exactly cheap, the owners are very friendly...

04/04/2026: It is tastier than most Korean restaurants. If you are tired of pizza and pasta, be sure to visit. You can regain your travel vitality. This is the real Korean restaurant in Milano. If you want to taste the real one, you should try here. Avoid fake ones with different text.
23/03/2026: I was on a business trip to Milan and was craving ramen. I couldn't find any cup noodles, so I searched for a Korean restaurant and visited without a reservation, only to find a real gem. I always assumed that Korean food abroad would be lacking something, but I felt that exact same taste I enjoy at famous restaurants back home, which is why I decided to leave a comment. The female owner seems to have a great sense of cooking. It wasn't just the taste; the two owners (I think they are a married couple, though I don't know who the owner is) were very kind, so I could really feel the warmth of Korean hospitality.
