I was there today in the early afternoon, I had several pizza flavors and a supplì, all really good. Before leaving, I had a small tart with ricotta and sour cherries, spectacular and delicious. I will be back, congratulations to everyone.

Bakery and pizzeria by the slice. They offer several unusual pizzas, and besides being beautiful to look at, they're also incredibly tasty. The escarole, raisins, and anchovies are excellent.
Highly recommended.

Best bakery I've ever tried, extremely friendly staff, and EXCELLENT quality, also reflected in the numerous awards they've won.
The prices are justified by the area and the artisanal quality of the products, which is not a given these days.
I'm happy to travel there from southern Rome because every time I try one of their products, I'm blown away.
P.S. Finally, someone still sells Roman ciabattoni.

After a month of living here in the Prati area, I finally managed to get off work one Saturday morning, so walking past this bakery, captivated primarily by the long line of people, I decided to stop and try it. Perhaps it was too crowded, though I found the staff very fast, and the Christmas invasion (dozens of panettone boxes surrounding you). The atmosphere didn't seem very welcoming, but the staff's courtesy made me feel at home. I sampled some focaccia or pizza bianca (for a Genoese, focaccia is a different matter, hehe), and ordered some pizzas for an aperitivo and some bread. Everything was excellent. I'll definitely be back when I have a free Saturday.

An excellent neighborhood bakery that has earned a well-deserved reputation for its bread, pizza, and pastries. Always a bit crowded, but well-run by two quick-witted ladies who occasionally offer advice. The whole-wheat, seeded bread is excellent. A little more expensive, but the quality is excellent.
