One of the best bakeries we've had on our trip to Italy. Fresh focaccio, panzerotti, cookies, and much more. Many items fresh from the oven. Perfect for takeaway. Highly recommended!

What a great little bakery right by the water in Monopoli. The grottoes and swimming areas are right by it, so you can come and get something delicious before or after a swim. I tried their panzerotti, sfoglia and focaccia. All of were good, but the best way the focaccia with onions. So good, even for takeaway.

Super welcoming and clean atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff, not to mention the excellent value. The only place in Monopoli where you can still eat impeccably without spending too much. We'll definitely be back.

Panificio eccellente! Appena entrati si viene subito accolti dal profumo del pane appena sfornato, un invito irresistibile. Il bancone è ben fornito. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto a consigliare con un sorriso. Si nota la cura e la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro.

29/11/2025: Oh my, what a place! I've been here several times over the years, but since this summer I've been back three or four more times, both with family and friends. I've noticed the dishes have been updated compared to previous years, flavorful and beautifully presented for a "locanda." The Giovannino is worthy of praise, the octopus meatballs "furi di testa," the meat ragu with brasciola was never so good (and I'm from Bari). Friends and family were very satisfied, and the coconut dessert was also excellent. You can sense the love in the preparation. The wait staff was also very kind and helpful, and the wine selection was good. It's a sure thing now. See you next time!
22/11/2025: Everything was really beautiful. Excellent quality and attentive service from the entire team. We were with a large group and they were great.
