An excellent bakery in the heart of Brunico! Exquisite baked products, authentic and rich in the traditional flavors of South Tyrol. In addition to the different types of fresh dumplings (5 excellent different flavours). We had the opportunity to taste a typical Christmas dessert, zelten, which was simply fantastic. Quality and taste in every bite, a must try!

I discovered this pastry shop a year ago. The cakes and bread are delicious. Poppy seed cake and poppy seed strudel are a world championship. The staff is extremely friendly and patiently answers all questions about the cake. Now I wasn't disappointed with the poppy seed cake either. Jokingly, I say that I'm not going 1,300 km here to ski, but to taste the Tyrolean poppy seed strudel. I recommend this place, a bit hidden on via centrale.

I have been going to this bakery occasionally for years for their poppy seed strudel. Something sublime... Truly fabulous. Best I've ever eaten. PS: I'm doing 350 km😉
