Panificio Frisch In Brunico

I entered, drawn by the smell. I bought a poppy seed cake that was beautiful to look at, soft and well-balanced. The shop is small but well-stocked with both sweet and savory items.

During a recent stay in Brunico, I purchased some products from this bakery... very good Cineamonrolls and brioches. The sales assistant was very cold: I found it unhygienic that she handled the food without gloves or tongs, and then the money. Prices were quite high.

Super bakery in the center of Brunico. I bought pretzels, dumplings, ring cakes filled with poppy seeds and raisins, crostoli, whole wheat bread with various seeds, and more... all delicious and tasty. Fast service, prices proportionate to the location...

The poppy seeds Baigli (as we know it) is next level! I’ll be back for other specialties for sure😜

We always enjoy going to this bakery and particularly like the Linzer torte and the apple strudel with shortcrust pastry.

The baked goods are delicious and there is a mini market. The only problem is that there are no seating areas.

After years of staring at the beautiful window display from the street, fearing it was an overpriced bakery, I started going in this summer and was completely reassured! The slice of buckwheat cake was generous and delicious, while the slice of Margherita pizza, freshly baked, was the perfect snack after a long walk. The prices are completely in line with other shops; for example, the Margherita pizza cost me €2.50, as is the case at most similar locations. I also had the opportunity to try a savory brioche (good, I must say, but with a very "plain" flavor) and a pretzel, soft and with a distinctive flavor. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the atmosphere was elegant and modern. It's a shame that it's just a bakery (and therefore a takeaway business) and doesn't have its own tables; so I had to eat what I had bought either on the steps in front of the shop, sitting for a few minutes, or walking around the historic center.
