An excellent bakery in the heart of Brunico! Exquisite baked products, authentic and rich in the traditional flavors of South Tyrol. In addition to the different types of fresh dumplings (5 excellent different flavours). We had the opportunity to taste a typical Christmas dessert, zelten, which was simply fantastic. Quality and taste in every bite, a must try!

I discovered this pastry shop a year ago. The cakes and bread are delicious. Poppy seed cake and poppy seed strudel are a world championship. The staff is extremely friendly and patiently answers all questions about the cake. Now I wasn't disappointed with the poppy seed cake either. Jokingly, I say that I'm not going 1,300 km here to ski, but to taste the Tyrolean poppy seed strudel. I recommend this place, a bit hidden on via centrale.

Delicious bread and the best dumplings in Brunico!!

I have been going to this bakery occasionally for years for their poppy seed strudel. Something sublime... Truly fabulous. Best I've ever eaten. PS: I'm doing 350 km😉

The best Sacher and Black Forest I've ever eaten.

Truly a well organized "bakery". The sweet counter is separate from the savory counter and, in both rows, I found a very competent and kind person serving me. The food is really well made and, unlike the surrounding areas, also at a great price. I have tasted everything, including the salads to take away with which they also give the condiments to associate. Definitely a point to keep in mind when you are in the surrounding area, both to get bread and if you want something good to eat while walking.

Spettacolare, il panificio FRISCH a Brunico. Ne avevo già sentito parlare, così quando oggi sono tornato con la moglie, le buone premesse c'erano tutte, e cominciavano da fuori il negozio nella centralissima strada cittadina. Il profumo di pane e dolci fragranti cominciava metri prima, fuori, e infatti le panchine vicino alla fontanella erano già tutte occupate... Ci siamo presi due belle focaccie farcite, una con speck e rucola, l'altra con verdure varie... Deliziose, ce le siamo andate a mangiare sotto al Castello, al fresco. W il Frisch, W Brunico, W l'Alto Adige ;-)
