De Quintili have always been a guarantee. For me their donuts are an institution; but not only that... you can find a great variety of tarts, biscuits, cakes, focaccias, rustic savory pies, etc. I have always found fresh products and the quality-price ratio is excellent. The staff are really approachable and always friendly and helpful. I've also recently been following their social media page on Instagram - to stay up to date on initiatives - and I find them really too nice!

The environment is not attractive but the staff does not skimp on kindness and advice, there are many temptations but you have to choose, I bought a 2kg pistachio donut and finished the pan di stelle flavored one which would arrive the next day as a refill, which was a great success in the office and a tray of very good and soft mixed amaretti biscuits. For refreshments, birthdays and various celebrations I recommend them.

19/01/2025: It does not accept reservations, but the service is very attentive and fast, so the wait is not long. Obviously be patient on the weekend... it's always worth it! Excellent first courses, real DOC pizzas!
15/01/2025: Clean and welcoming pizzeria restaurant Decent pizza, good leavening with a high crust typical of southern Italy, good starters but not very abundant. Prices slightly higher than normal. Good service, moderate waiting times The blue ribbon is the only beer on tap. Go and try it if you are in Castel Romano
