I finally had the chance to try one of the most famous bakeries in Milan, after reading and hearing different opinions.
Let's start with the service: the girls who served us were really nice and kind.
Let's move on to the products consumed:
- Cinnamon bun: I found it a bit anonymous; although the pastry was very good, I would have preferred to smell the cinnamon more, which seemed almost non-existent in terms of flavour/smell.
- Single portion of rose cake: also slightly anonymous. Very good pastry but I honestly wouldn't have distinguished it from an empty croissant.
- Pain au chocolat: this is really great, it was my favorite thing. Buttery, cooked perfectly and the chocolate used inside was excellent.
- Slice of panettone: honestly, I found the slice consumed at the table a little dry and not very aromatic, but we decided to buy a whole panettone because we would certainly have appreciated it better.
- Very good cappuccino with milk.
We also purchased other takeaway products:
- Focaccia with onions: wow! Very good! Flavored very well, cooked perfectly, crunchy and melting.
- Focaccia with cherry tomatoes: this is also good, I would have preferred it to be slightly crunchier on the base, but the cherry tomatoes still tend to moisten the dough. This is also very good.
- 1kg classic Panettone: I was afraid of tasting it, after the "disappointment" of the slice I tasted at breakfast, instead of a nice surprise! The aromas were good, lots of vanilla, lots of (quality) raisins, dough soft as a cloud.
Given the prices, I honestly expected a higher bill, but instead I find it in line with the prices of other ovens/bakeries in Milan.

The place is a wedding favor and the service is impeccable. Perfect brioches: we consumed a superb cream brioches and a pain au chocolat at the table accompanied by two cappuccinos. Cost 9.20. Advise

Longoni makes the best bread you can eat in Milan. Quality that you will also find in pastries, cakes (fantastic brownie) or third-party products, such as Colzani juices. It's a shame that they took away the veranda, the real gem that distinguished the location.
Prices, which for some products, are a little high, but justifiable for the quality of the offer proposed (?). Eternal doubt.

Passo spesso da Longoni in via Bronzetti, un ottimo pane, buoni i dolci e il salato.
Estremamente caro, ma ci sta se non fosse per come è tenuto il punto vendita che si presenta trascurato e sporco.
Il pavimento è imbarazzante, e questa mancanza di igiene penalizzante.
