Friday morning, opening at 8.05, some people arrive at 8.00 and, not finding it open, leave. I wait. When they open I look out greeting with a smile and ask if I can come in, two shop assistants don't even turn around, they seem annoyed since they don't say hello or smile and one of them half-mouthedly tells me to come in. They're still tidying up on the counter. I order, pay and always leave saying goodbye. I think if it's a way of doing things, did I bother? They opened late and had to finish setting up the counter, ok.. but what does the customer have to do with it? I come back because they have great bread. The environment is a bit sacrificed, especially when there are 3/4 people.

Bakery with excellent bread, with sourdough, exactly as it was made many years ago. However, the prices are very high, especially for pizzas and focaccias

Passo spesso da Longoni in via Bronzetti, un ottimo pane, buoni i dolci e il salato. Estremamente caro, ma ci sta se non fosse per come è tenuto il punto vendita che si presenta trascurato e sporco. Il pavimento è imbarazzante, e questa mancanza di igiene penalizzante.

02/12/2024: The place is cozy and the service is good. I have been there many times and the food is always nice and well set up. Also great for an aperitif or a beer with friends.
