Panificio Daniele In Desenzano del garda

The Daniele bakery is a historic shop on Via Castello and offers a wide selection of bread, artisan desserts, cakes, pizzas and focaccias. I recently tasted their rose cake, really tasty and soft, despite being a product packaged for a few days. I often take walnut sandwiches which remain very soft and ideal for filling for an aperitif. The service is always very friendly, helpful and smiling.

Truly excellent bread, it is difficult to find a baker who still makes bread like in the past, here you can find not only bread, biscuits, pizzas, brioches and even panettone during the Christmas period!!! For me he is the best baker in Desenzano. Super recommended.

A small artisan bakery with delicious products and affordable prices, all accompanied by the kindness and courtesy of the staff. Exceptional for a tourist place like Desenzano!

We stayed in an apartment across the street. We got fresh bread rolls every morning. The chocolate croissant with pudding filling is very tasty and was exceptional for us (highly recommended). Friendly saleswoman. Very inexpensive.

A simply crazy oven. We had the opportunity to try a nice variety of both sweet and savory products (impossible to resist!) and each of them literally delighted our palates. The initiative of selling their focaccia in slices is appreciable, at the price of €1.40/1.70 each (if I remember correctly) depending on the various types offered. We opted, upon suggestion (quite right!), for the pumpkin one: Absolutely worth trying as it is uniquely delicious! Tall and very soft, with a genuine and enveloping flavour! The service is impeccable, since Daniele's wife (I don't know her name 🥲) is a cheerful and friendly person, capable of creating the right environment in which to offer the delicacies baked by her husband! Highly recommended.

Super tasty food. Went here for some lunch to bring to the lake. Bought an individual size Margherita pizza for 1.5€. The lady at the counter, maybe Daniele, gave us some free small pastries as well. So nice.
