Panificio Danelli is a really nice café, perfect for starting a good day with breakfast. I always get a cappuccino and a cornetto. Simple, but always perfect. The cappuccino varies a little each time—sometimes it has amazing latte art, sometimes just a beautiful, dense foam, sometimes a light dusting of cocoa—but it's always delicious. And the cornetto is frankly delicious. Sometimes they put a little powdered sugar on it, sometimes not, but it's always incredibly soft inside and crispy and golden brown outside. Plus, there's a wide selection of pastries behind the counter: fruit tarts, cakes, viennoiseries, and other little treats—everything looks tempting. The café is pleasant, perfect for a quick breakfast or a relaxing break.

A very down-to-earth location, with a relaxed atmosphere perfect for an aperitif or a leisurely breakfast. They also serve a delicious plate of pizzas with your aperitif.

The best cappuccino in Milan and super friendly service. The cornetto with pistachio cream is also highly recommended.

Danelli is always a great place for good value in the Lambrate area. However, you can't charge €4 for a gluten-free frozen brioche, and the price seemed decided on the spot. I'd go back, but definitely not for gluten-free options.
