25/04/2025: Very, very nice Roman experience! Some friends and I found ourselves on the streets of the eternal city with only 30 minutes available for a lunch break and a single goal: to find a noteworthy carbonara. We were kindly invited by the courteous and helpful girl at the entrance who promised us a quick experience on the rooftop. Promise kept! We ate an excellent carbonara (the bacon was TOP) with a view, in the open air and accompanied by the sweet late March sun. The waiter was also super kind and nice, a young boy with a Roman accent who contributed to our Roman experience. It was truly a pleasure! When I have the opportunity to return to Rome again, I will definitely remember this cute little place. Peaceful, accessible and beautiful in its simplicity. 🫶🏻✨
