Spectacular bakery, never seen bread like this in our area, superior flour, exceptional leavening, excellent baking. But not only bread they have everything and at very honest prices, what can I say, congratulations indeed!

A fixed point in your Saturday shopping, historic bakery in the Telesina Valley which offers many products, from sweet to savory, from taralli to various types of bread. Excellent people, capable, hard workers. What to recommend? Everything, in particular the bread with yellow flour (reserve it if you need it), the taralli and the pizza by the slice. And don't worry if there is a few minutes to wait for the many customers, if there are, it means that the products are good, continuously prepared and always fresh.

I recently discovered this oven, I live on bread. Those cooked with wood and natural yeast. A bread that doesn't crumble and the crust remains intact. We are talking about the 2kg panel. Various desserts Until next time. There is a queue but not always. Opens at 7.30am and they are very punctual

27/04/2025: Excellent truly home-made tavern I highly recommend it to all friends In the kitchen all women. Their specialty is homemade pasta. And parpadelle sauce with porcini mushrooms and sausage. I recommend it at reasonable prices
23/04/2025: Too nice food and appropriate for when you spend a nice place we put ourselves in the room above the very helpful waiters I compliment them.

17/05/2025: We celebrated my husband's birthday in this place, we were first of all impressed by the great availability and professionalism of Gianluca the owner, who was able to respond to our needs. The place is welcoming also suitable for couples with children because it is a quiet environment, where you eat very well. We used the pizza tour formula and therefore we were able to taste various types of pizza, we must say all very good, light and thin dough. Special mention for the fried foods really excellent and all handmade including the chips that are made entirely by them, something very rare to find in the places. We really recommend it to everyone !! Really exceptional value for money congratulations for the passion and seriousness!!
11/05/2025: Top notch pizza, spectacular dough, in my opinion the best in the area, anyone who doesn't judge it is lying. Super artisanal fried foods at the top and very kind staff.
