This is a great patisserie, with a large selection of both sweet and savoury and of course great coffee. Staff were very patient with a tourist like me. Highly recommend if you are in the area to stop for a quick coffee and a treat.

A family-run establishment, a true institution in the Buenos Aires area. Not just bread and focaccia: at Bottarelli's you'll find sandwiches, pizzas, brioches, sweet and savory pastries, cakes, and hot dishes like lasagna... all made with care. Seriously unbelievable pastries!! Sooo many to choose from, and we didn't dislike a single one. The prices are fantastic too! We were in Milan for 4 days and had coffee and pastries here each morning, and even bought some goodies to go for our train ride out of town. Very busy in the mornings, but they serve everyone at the counter pretty quickly. Definitely recommend this place for wonderful Italian baked goods and coffee!

This bakery also offers pastries and breakfast. I had a macchiato with soy milk, which was really well-made and delicious. The selection of brioches isn't extensive, but they do offer both more traditional brioches and French-style croissants. I tried a plain croissant, and it was really well-made. Flaky and airy on the inside, crispy and airy on the inside, with just the right amount of butter. I'd opt for fewer plain croissants and more fillings, or to fill them on the spot. The quality is high, and the service is very friendly, but it's a bakery, and the prices are definitely lower, so I definitely recommend it.
