29/01/2026: We were very satisfied, everything was clean and very cozy. The staff was very nice, the food was excellent and the service was quick. We really felt very comfortable. The cable car was literally at our fingertips. The prices were very friendly. The pool was warm, clean and the climate was warm, there was a children's corner with a lady who would entertain and look after the children - the children loved her immediately. The bar had great service and selection. Thank you and we will definitely come back.

28/01/2026: It's a 3-star hotel. I booked for a week on December 27th. It's very large, there's no luxury, but the ground floor is nice. There's a large dining room, a large bar, with a piano bar every evening. There's entertainment for children, singing and dancing, fun for those who like it. The room I stayed in on the ground floor is poorly maintained. The heating only works in the bathroom; they brought me an electric heater, but it's never been repaired. The window is very old, full of cold drafts; it was minus 15 degrees outside. Dinner and breakfast were fine for my taste. The staff were kind and helpful. I didn't like it, but I paid the most expensive week of the year to heat myself with an electric heater. That's why I don't recommend this hotel. Whoever manages it doesn't care about the guests.
