The Montanarina pizza bread was amazing — lightly deep-fried with a crispy outside and soft inside. The combination of stracciata, mortadella, and pistachio was incredibly delicious. My Panico burger was very juicy and fresh. They also have a really cute outdoor seating area with heaters, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic meal! 😋

I visited Paninoteca141 and it was a truly enjoyable and unique experience.
The sandwich shop offers top-quality local products with perfect pairings.
To start, we had a montanara with chestnut and mushroom cream and an orecchiette and broccoli frittata.
Next, a hamburger sandwich with pumpkin cream, caciocavallo cheese, and tarallo, accompanied by a wood-smoked craft beer.
The second sandwich was a hamburger with smoked provola cheese, bacon, and truffle.

We were welcomed, guided through our choices (difficult because the options are so many, diverse, and tempting), and looked after with great courtesy and expertise. Quality ingredients and refined, delicious, and well-balanced combinations. An overall pleasant experience: atmosphere, food, drinks, and hospitality. The only drawback: not being able to try everything in one evening 😜
