A simple and elegant environment, clean and very welcoming. Then comes the bread basket (with a top notch carasau) and the Vermentino (excellent) and it is an explosion of flavours. Sardinian-inspired, but international cuisine. Raw materials of the highest quality (strictly fish), cooked in a simple, light and very tasty way. A wonderful hostess. Soft music. The restaurant is suitable for both business brunches and dinners with friends. It's easy for it to become a regular place.

This place remains a guarantee! For an intimate dinner, a working lunch or a dinner with friends or work colleagues it is ideal! The quality fish cooked very well, the attentive and fast service, the elegant and classy atmosphere makes everything so perfect. I always come back very willingly. Highly recommended

Ogni volta che torno a Roma, non posso fare a meno di fermarmi da Pani e Pesci. Questo ristorante è davvero speciale: piatti creativi e saporiti, curati nei minimi dettagli, che lasciano sempre il segno. Il servizio è impeccabile, con uno staff attento e cordiale che ti fa sentire a casa. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia provare un'esperienza culinaria unica nella capitale!

28/05/2025: The best for connoisseurs where you can eat well and taste typical Sardinian products. In North Rome an icon of signature catering. Impossible not to taste the chef's various dishes!! Even if I in particular have recently discovered the fish appetizers...spectacular!! And then I leave everything else to the imagination, otherwise I have to call and book to go to lunch or dinner again at the La Giustiniana Restaurant. A guarantee for dinners, anniversaries, baptisms, communions, confirmations, and even for those who have chosen it, of 💕 weddings!!!

21/05/2025: Excellent Sardinian cuisine with also typical Roman dishes. Family management. The tasting menu with excellent quality/price. Also recommended for fish.
19/05/2025: I recommend taking the fixed menu for 40 or 45 euros! Amazing Sardinian cuisine!
