A simple and elegant environment, clean and very welcoming. Then comes the bread basket (with a top notch carasau) and the Vermentino (excellent) and it is an explosion of flavours. Sardinian-inspired, but international cuisine. Raw materials of the highest quality (strictly fish), cooked in a simple, light and very tasty way. A wonderful hostess. Soft music. The restaurant is suitable for both business brunches and dinners with friends. It's easy for it to become a regular place.

10/07/2025: Recommended by customers, we went to Eco Blu with friends. The quality of the products served was truly excellent!! The appetizers were excellent. Perhaps the quantity, especially the Eco Blu mixed appetizer, could be greater, but the quality is unquestionable! The raw fish appetizer was truly excellent. For starters, we had exceptional lobster linguine, a fair price, and finally, we could say we ate lobster. A friend had king crab tagliolini, also exceptional! For the main course, two mixed roasts, the quality of the products was truly excellent. Perhaps given the quantity, the price of €30 is excessive, but I can confirm the unquestionable quality. Everything was excellent! Excellent, attentive, and courteous service! What more can I say? If we trimmed the prices a little, they would be a 10+, but it still deserves a 9+! A great discovery!

17/03/2025: We had a wonderful meal in this Sardinian restaurant. The Sardinian owner has been running it for many years, the waiter was friendly and kind, he puts everyone at ease and makes you feel at home. The carasau bread is excellent, the fish is fresh of the day and the first courses are also very well prepared. Generous portions. The desserts were also good, I will definitely be back!
