We ate at your restaurant on 11/7/24. The ambience and arrangements in the large room of the old winemaker's house are very attractive and festive. The reception and your service staff were very friendly and accommodating. All of the wines offered with the meal were a very good recommendation and went perfectly with the four selected dishes. The starter “cream cheese with beetroot” was red but didn’t taste like the latter. The tuna was absolutely top with the Asian touch from wasabi/teriyaki and especially the algae, also from a visual perspective. But then the subsequent dishes subside. The pasta with eggplant pesto wasn't just visually unappealing. The basic taste of eggplant was not recognizable. When it comes to bruschetta, I can only recommend sticking with the classic. Then the tomato - ideally with olive oil and garlic - would come to the fore. I see bruschetta as a light starter, but with mozzarella it becomes a heavy meal. And now about the octopus: more Mediterranean would be tastier in my opinion; The sweet potato puree lacks expression and is no match for the strong, heavily grilled octopus. My recommendation: let the basic products taste more thoroughly. The passion fruit cream for dessert was again excellent.

Magnificent restaurant both for the location and for the quality of the dishes. Even if inserted in the tourist context of Lake Caldaro, in my opinion it represents excellence. Tasty and beautiful dishes. Service is attentive but at the same time not too formal. I will definitely come back

Very nice, dignified restaurant with great food. The beef fillet was cooked to perfection and the tuna starter was incredibly tasty. I could have lived on just that. 😀 The pear dessert with cinnamon ice cream was also a special taste experience. The prices aren't cheap, but it's worth it. Super nice service. Good wines. One minus is the very small selection of food - only one side, see picture. Free parking space in front of the restaurant.

At the southern tip of the authentic Alto Adige, directly on Lake Caldora, the Panholzer invites you to linger. The cute restaurant fits perfectly into the picturesque flora. The inn may seem like a posh restaurant, but in addition to the chic crowd, hikers are also welcome here. The dishes are very atypical for South Tyrol and are of the highest standard. So here you get exotic variations that look like they were painted and also set off a real firework display for the palate.

I have been able to enjoy this special hospitality several times. The ambience is wonderful, the room/vineyard suite is ideal! Terrace | Bar & Restaurant invite you to linger... Food & drinks are terrific! Wine recommendations are very special... The host family is super nice & attentive, as is the entire team. I look forward to seeing you again soon.... Christian

What a great restaurant! It's not just the ambience that impresses here, but also the professionally trained and extremely friendly and personable staff. Exceptional dishes on the menu provided a great taste experience and gave us a wonderful evening.

Wir sind zufällig auf einer Radtour vorbeigekommen und haben den Besuch nicht bereut: Speisen auf hohen Niveau, guter Service und gute Weine, vor allem des Eigentümers Manincor. Schöne moderne Kellerräume.

Sushi-quality tuna & also the Iberico-Jungschein: an absolute delight!

Wir waren hier letztes Jahr mit Freunden zu einem kleinen Imbiss, und wollten das Haus einmal im richtigen Service erleben. Ein wunderschönes Anweswn am Kalterersee. Hier war einmal die Kellerei Monitor der das Gut gehört, toll renoviert Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl Wir wurden freundlich Empfangen und konnten uns einen Tisch aussuchen Nach dem schönen Rose Sekt von Kettmaier bestellten wir Bruchetta mit grüner Olivencreme, gelben Tomaten ,Paprika und Mozzarella,große Klasse. Danach ein sehr leckeres Risotto mit Sommertrüffel , dazu tranken wir einen 2021er Sophi von Manicor. Ein sehr schöner Abend, nicht zu letzt auch wegen den sehr guten Service der einen tollen Job machte. Sehr zu Empfehlen wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank.
