Entered by chance attracted by the window. As soon as you enter it seems to be in a shop from the eighties. Beautiful, warm and familiar. The counters were full of fresh pasta such as anolini, tortelli and savory pies. The staff is friendly and fast. Average prices although I recognize that the quality is superior to other delicatessens. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have an experience and not eat the usual thing.

One of the reference points for buying fresh pasta or cappelletti with donkey stew or the flavors of the various tortelli, all of excellent quantity

Bakery with location under the arcades of Via Farini, one of the most famous streets in Parma. I went in and ordered some really good anolini, excellent broth and the anolini were very "tight" as they say in Parma, which means they were al dente. right point Excellent highly recommended

29/12/2024: Generally good products. Too bad about the peanut and chocolate panettone, dry and tasteless. Definitely well below expectations for the price of 33 euros!!!
18/11/2024: Among the best bakeries in Parma. I am a gastronome-nutritionist and I care a lot about the quality of the products I bring to the table. I love bread and consume it in moderation, mainly for breakfast, but on one condition: that it respects my quality criteria; that is, certified local flours, not very refined, sourdough, long leavening, little salt and ideal cooking (no burnt due to the genotoxic compounds that forced cooking releases). Having made this long premise, I have chosen Alvè for two years now for the professionalism they put into their work. Their bread ticks all my boxes and I highly recommend you try it. It is fragrant, keeps for a long time and gives off an unmistakable scent. All distinctive characteristics of a sourdough leavened bread. I often always want to underline (to those who recommend it) that the microbial activity and the metabolites coming from the secondary metabolism of microorganisms not only improve the nutritional properties of the product, but also the organoleptic ones. In simple terms, it is an easily digestible bread, which does not cause abdominal swelling (I toast it lightly) and is very filling, with the same weight as other commercial breads (also due to the high fiber content). Le Bontà Italiane Gluten Free

11/03/2025: I bought the birthday cake here for my mother, who eats gluten-free. It presented very well visually whilst clearly being handcrafted. It was a fairly simple cake in terms of recipe, cocoa sponge cake with two layers of cream, one pistachio and one chocolate, covered in cream and decorated with personalized writing. Much to the surprise of all of us who ate it, the cake was delicious, considering it is gluten and lactose free, it is one of the best bought-out cakes we have ever eaten. Balanced in taste, not too sugary and light. A marvel, and the correct price. I ended up here by mistake because I thought I was coming from Al Caruso, well... it was one of the best mistakes of my life :) I'll be back soon for my birthday to do an encore.
