It is a well-stocked bakery with its own laboratory so you will always find fresh products. The staff very kind and fast. When you book cakes or anything else they are very punctual in delivery. I give a few stars to the environment only because it is a small place and it is not consumed on site but the arrangement of the products and shop windows are pleasing to the eye.

Bread, pizza and pastries all very pleasant in the good Apulian tradition. To be frequented regularly. Staff very friendly in their simplicity.

In my opinion it is the best bakery in Imola, exceptional bread, always fresh dishes, the only flaw is the small place and inconvenient parking, but it is definitely worth it! Congratulations to all the staff! N.1, only for true connoisseurs!

I get a bit of everything here, bread, pizza, cakes and everything is very good. I would also like to try the other products on display, jars of pickles, products in the fridge, etc. which I always look at while waiting for my turn, but the fact that there isn't a single price displayed makes me give up and it's not right that I have to ask for the price or buy them blindly by surprise, when if I'm not mistaken, you had to expose them.

30/06/2024: Delicious piadina. I tried the dough with walnut hulls, a rustic flavor that went perfectly with the ingredients I had chosen: pecorino, mortadella and caramelized figs. Super figs, very good Pecorino, but not the very seasoned kind, so it didn't have a too strong flavour. The mortadella, on the other hand, had a weak flavour. Now I don't know if it's because of the rest of the ingredients I chose or the quality, but otherwise everything was perfect

22/06/2024: Small and familiar Osteria with good product, pleasant atmosphere. Good pasta.
26/05/2024: Authentic Bolognese dishes with reasonable prices. The house wine was pretty good too! I'm glad I stumbled upon this Osteria as this is off the main street.
