26/06/2026: Absolutely amazing. Everything is 10/10. Hidden away in a tiny hamlet on a hill, it’s a hidden gem. The pizza and pizza selection is exceptional. Apps are too. The pasta is rustic, authentic styles. Steak cooked with bacon didn’t disappoint. Tiramisu desert was unique — more like a pudding — and still mind-blowingly good.

20/06/2026: The best tartare in all of Florence. Excellent menu with fair prices for the quality. The staff is impeccable in their assistance and wine pairing recommendations. The chef is truly special, as are the two ladies in the dining room, Irene and Giada. Highly recommended!
