A great experience and friendly staff who wanted to share some Italian pastry during our short train layover in Monza. The raspberry croissant is exceptional out of the selection we chose. If we ever find ourselves in Monza again this is a must stop!

Everything was delicious, and the staff were very kind and friendly. It's a shame the owner was rude and overbearing. I can't stand people who scold employees in front of customers, especially for no reason and just to be seen. In fact, I won't be going to Via Cairoli anymore.

17/11/2025: I had a pizza burger, if I were you I would make some improvements... first of all I would use a hamburger cooked separately and not pieces of steak that seemed boiled (the sensation is different from this to the hamburger) I would use the potatoes that are found on the hamburger menus and not these large ones that risk remaining raw (and they were) and the bacon... in slices guys... in crispy slices and not in carbonara-style pieces which by the way even the ones cooked in the oven seem boiled... I always get pizza from you but lately mmm I'm being disappointed by both the cooking and the ingredients (I wouldn't get this one again) in my opinion it's better to assemble it uniformly after cooking or it risks having a taste of boiled meat covered by sauces...
