Unique experience to absolutely try. Straw oven from 1526 in which Angelo (5th generation baker) bakes the wonderful and fragrant Orsara bread.

Highly recommended place for those who want to eat well and spend little. Kind and helpful owners. The location is splendid with a 500 year old oven.

I had been missing from Pane e salute for many years, but Angelo managed to keep everything as before and not only that but he managed to improve. Hello with love Rino.

06/10/2024: Going to Vincenzo was a must when I was around the Gargano. The new management has maintained the same quality but the prices have increased and the fixed menus do not include drinks. Here, the surprise, for two carafes of wine, an extra plate of sausage and a bottle of water I paid an extra 50 euros. Eat but don't drink!
26/09/2024: Tables set up under the olive trees, excellent food and low cost. I would also like to point out the kindness of the staff.

08/09/2024: Friendly staff and honest, excellent prices. The classic focaccia and fantastic potatoes. Folders wow highly recommended!
26/08/2024: Focaccia pugliese deliziosa declinata in più varianti. Taralli in tutte le salse fragranti e gustosi. Pane pugliese anzi "vestano" ottimo. Che dire...aggiungiamo cortesia e simpatia ed il gioco è fatto
