We really liked the place, the food was very good and the waiters were very friendly. 2 paninis (they're quite filling, we ordered the C and the I), 1 water and 1 Coca-Cola for €22.50.

Loved this place , we had lunch here twice on our recent visit to Rome . Both times it was amazing, beautiful freshly made to order food ,great service and a lovely atmosphere inside . All the amazing reviews for this place and it definitely lives up to its excellent rating. Don’t hesitate to just go and enjoy… It’s fantastic

We stumbled upon Panel & Salame quite by chance – and what a stroke of luck that was! The food was truly outstanding. Everything was freshly prepared, incredibly flavorful, and presented with meticulous attention to detail. You can immediately tell that they place great emphasis on quality. We'd also like to give a special mention to the service: The team was incredibly attentive, friendly, and warm without being intrusive. We felt welcome and very well taken care of from the very first moment. Warmest regards to Gabriele, Iulian, and Angelo. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable visit with fantastic food and a very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely be back and highly recommend a visit here!

17/03/2026: I visited because it was near my hotel. The owner was friendly, and seeing an open kitchen—the first I'd seen in my ten days in Italy—immediately gave me confidence. I ordered the cod risotto and lamb chops, and for the first time in a long while, the food was so good that I felt it was a shame to see it disappear. It was the most delicious thing I ate in Rome!! I want to come back again before I leave the country. You can get a 20% discount if you book right before your visit via The Fork app, so make sure to take advantage of that!

16/02/2026: We stopped here for lunch and wasnt disappointed. The owner spoke English and walked us through the menu. Great food and nice vibes in sleepy Arsoli.
10/02/2026: A very nice restaurant located in the historic center. The dishes are varied and high-quality, accompanied by a wide selection of wines of various types and styles. Highly recommended.
