The products are of excellent quality but the behavior at the cash register annoys me. The lady systematically rounds up the amount to be paid in her favor. It's a few cents but since I pay with a credit card and not in cash I want to pay the exact amount!

Best bread in Pavia, I often buy it as a gift (as well as all the other products they sell). Staff always friendly and helpful, especially STEFANIA.
