I ate a croissant and a zeppola here. The croissant is nothing special but well filled. The zeppola was wonderful well filled. The staff is fast and kind.

A place where many things are done well: croissants and coffee for breakfast, bread and delicatessen for lunch (the herbazzone and taralli are excellent), aperitifs before dinner and some pastries for special occasions. There isn't much seating but having such differentiated activities, the clientele is quite spread out throughout the day.

Surely the foreign tourist will go crazy, but as an Italian, both the coffee and the breakfast pastries are normal. The price is very convenient compared to the bars in the center, as well as less crowded. If you are in a hurry, this is not the right place because you might have to wait until the conversation between the local customer and the owner of the place is over at the checkout 😂

Trattoria Pizzeria Mamò

04/04/2025: The place is (fortunately) not very large with a car park about thirty meters away. Tried the pizza, with good toppings, well-leavened dough and no acidic aromas. The cooking is also good. Allow me to suggest some more attention when pouring beer (nature has its times) to serve a more complete product. A moment of attention also to the fried artichokes as a garnish which, due to their color and flavour, had gone a little too far in the frying process. I will certainly be back, also to try the cuisine, given the dishes that have been served.
23/03/2025: We were passing through Reggio Emilia and were in Verona for the hen party and we ate like heaven, the delicious fried food is perfect

19/03/2025: The pizza is great, wonderful pasta. Service rather slow, environment a bit noisy
18/03/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. The pizza, both normal and gluten-free, is excellent. Ideal place for families and couples. Also present vegan meals and a great variety of dishes.
