Nice Bagles, fast service but staff could be a little bit more motivated.

I recommend it. This is my second time trying it, and I was 2/2 satisfied. The focaccia caprese was excellent. Even at the end of my shift (8 p.m.). Crispy and soft at the same time, just how I like it (I'm originally from Liguria). The icing on the cake: fresh basil leaves, rosemary needles, and avocado. For a bar in such a high-density station like Milan Central Station, the quality is high (compared to, for example, Bistrot Centrale). The fact that it's frequented by Trenitalia employees and law enforcement officers, I see as further confirmation of the quality of the place. My new "go-to" bar in Central Station since they closed Mignon in front of the platforms. Thanks!

Left pretty disappointed, to be honest. Everything felt quite unorganised and the staff were not exactly friendly, which kind of set the tone from the start. It just wasn’t a great experience overall. That said, I have to give credit where it’s due—the focaccia was genuinely amazing, probably the only real highlight. The coffee, on the other hand was not so good.

They're very friendly and offer gluten-free options: yogurt, various rice bowls, and dried fruit snacks.

The cappuccino is a real cappuccino, not the classic caffe latte you get in three-quarters of the shops in the central station. Delicious brioche, super-filled and made with perfect dough.
