Hospitality, service, quality of wines and dishes all at the top. The only flaw is the parking which is too far away. Before going they also took a Polaroid with a dedication. Well done.

Everything more than perfect! Young but extremely well-prepared staff, they welcome you and follow you throughout the culinary journey they propose. Great skill and courage in pairing flavours, all successful. A well-kept, clean place with warm colours, the exposed stone and lighting make it very comfortable. Before the bill there is also further attention (but I wouldn't want to take away the pleasure of discovering it for yourself). Correct prices for what we ate (and drank!) We had a wonderful time. #ADVISED

Calling it a restaurant is truly an understatement, today my husband and I had an experience in the true sense of the word, from the moment we entered until we left. We were pampered all the time. In the dishes we felt the passion of those who don't just limit themselves to choosing and cooking excellent raw materials, but do research and experiment. It was a wonderful surprise and we highly recommend it. Special thanks go to Andrea, a very knowledgeable guy who welcomed us into the room and gave us the best advice. I congratulate the chef and all the staff at Panacea, in your dishes we felt all the love you put into your work. The restaurant is very nice and clean, the choice of wines is wide, we chose a label from the San Marzano winery, a sparkling rosé, and tasted the oil that accompanied some bread flavored with rosemary from a local oil mill. We chose an appetizer consisting of six portions, a first course and a second course... exceptional. What can I say.... congratulations 👏👏👏👏

We had lunch on 8/16/24. I gave the food 4 stars not because it wasn't good, in fact excellent quality, but for my personal taste I don't like revisiting dishes. Excellent service and a very, very beautiful and particular environment created from the premises of an old oil mill. We were offered a yellow rice ball and some rosemary bread with local oil. Very careful service of the dishes. Thank you.
