Panacea is a regular annual event for my family, and it never disappoints. Along with our favorites (like spaghetti all'assassina), we always try a few different dishes (this time the octopus), and the quality is consistently excellent. Thanks to all the staff.

A sublime experience. We celebrated a birthday with our loved ones, and the owner Emanuel and the restaurant staff made it nothing short of unforgettable. From the souvenir Polaroid photos to the refined and delicious menu. Highly recommended.

Friends recommended this restaurant to us, and we were pleasantly surprised: the atmosphere was welcoming and elegant, the staff friendly, and the food was excellent! The quality of the food was superb! The Polaroid they took for us at the end of the meal was also beautiful, and we received it as a signed gift. We'll definitely be back. Recommended!

Abbinamenti nuovi, innovazione e tradizione si fondono in piatti semplici, dai sapori autentici e mai banali.
In alcune portate si strizza un occhio alla cucina nipponica, ma senza mai mancare di esaltare la materia prima nostrana.
Un eccelso connubio, tra semplicità e freschezza della materia prima e una ricercatezza negli abbinamenti...mai banali!!!
Tornerò al più presto...

Veramente sorprendente! Non solo il cibo era eccellente ma la cordialità e la disponibilità del personale è veramente degna di nota. Ci siamo andati per un compleanno e hanno cercato in tutti i modi di rendere la giornata speciale. Ci hanno consigliarono, massi a nostro agio e trattati don estrema gentilezza e cordialità. Un posto veramente da 5 stelle piene, per il cibo, glia accostamenti di sapori, l’originalità e la gentilezza. Sono stati capaci di intrigare una persona tradizionalista che non ha mai provato cibo che non fosse quello classico della tradizione barese.
