I came to dinner with my girlfriend for the first time. To say that it was an incredibly pleasant experience is an understatement. It is rare that I leave reviews but this activity deserves it. The environment is comfortable, there is the right intimacy between the tables, finely furnished with the right atmosphere. The waiting staff was extremely courteous, they expertly recommended the pairings based on our choices both in terms of dishes and in terms of wine, where the owner proved to be a profound expert on the subject. The entrée with the spheres and the bread with oil was highly appreciated, with a notable and pleasant aroma. The dishes, from the appetizers to the main courses to the dessert, were all incredibly balanced, presented in an almost perfect way, the flavors were all perfectly articulated even in the most daring combinations. The octopus in the roll was toasted to perfection, so as to enhance its flavor on the tomato with a marked sweetness. The final polaroid, complete with a written dedication, is a distinctive and extremely pleasant gem that closes the evening in an iconic way. The bill was more than honest, like few others. For those looking for a little pearl in Modugno, this activity is absolutely worth considering.

If you are looking for a restaurant where you can be pampered by the staff with excellent dishes, this is the one for you. The resourcefulness and above all the PASSION of two brothers make the experience of a simple dinner during the week like that of one with great expectations. SPOILER: it's even better. Emanuel is one of the two brothers who takes care of the room and the customers, very nice and we even often exchanged a few laughs when he served us. The environment in the evening has the right light and good music for those looking for quiet and good food. Final Polaroid with dedication. We will definitely return

Abbiamo festeggiato il 40° compleanno di mia moglie insieme a famiglia ed amici. Il locale è molto bello, elegante, particolare. Lo staff è molto cortese, presta molto alla cura del cliente ed ogni piatto veniva "decantato". Il menu è stato scelto in accordo con lo chef, tutto curato nei minimi particolari, dall'inpiattamento al racconto appunto dei piatti stessi. Ovviamente erano sia belli che buoni! E' stata una scoperta, ottimo locale per organizzare eventi, ma sicuramente torneremo anche per cenare.

Dalla precedente visita 6 anni fa; interni meglio distribuiti e aspetto più ricercato. Disagevoli i vicoli di entrata: dalla piazza centrale con vasi fioriere e vasi lati negozi, auto in ogni dove rendono il raggiungimento ristorante una gin cana! Assenza quasi totale parcheggio vicinanza. Rito commento piatti prolungato. Impiattamento discutibile nei piatti piani compositi che non conservano la temperatura pasta fino alle ultime forchettate. Gustosa comunque la specialità con tonnarelli. Ottimo olio di assaggio e gradito entre’ di attesa giusta. Manca il dolce preferito dei 4 in menu’ e il caffe leccese non lo ritengo proprio un dolce ma una preparazione caratteristica!
