I can't judge the quality of the flours, but the leavening, fragrance and flavour are excellent. The crust is well cooked, but not as crispy as you would expect. It's a bit rubbery.
The bread is good, but the brioche is better.

Bread made as in the past with sourdough... you can taste the acidity of the sourdough at the entrance. Exceptional quality of baked goods... try the various qualities of pizza to rediscover your childhood.
Exorbitant prices. Semolina bread €6.60/kg,
Breads with special flour €9.90...we're in a jewelry store but it's worth it.

We had a good breakfast in this delicious place in Seregno!
The real strong point was the dough of the puff pastries: airy and soft on the inside, crunchy and golden on the outside. A real treat!
The selection of pastries is very interesting, with special options such as the Dubai Chocolate flavored pan au chocolat. However, I preferred the classic pain suisse, well balanced in taste.
The staff were kind and welcoming.
Definitely a place to try, even for the fresh bread!"

I had read about this bakery, but hadn't had the chance yet, since it's out of the way from my house.
When the first bite of buckwheat bread, with that good flavor, took me back to the bread my grandmother made when I was a child... I understood that it was worth it to have gone there, even if in the late afternoon on Saturday they had practically everything was emptied (also a sign of the goodness of the products).
I'm going to try the rest, and I can't wait!!!
