A quick visit for a business lunch. While they adapt their offerings to the rules of lunchtime dining, they don't compromise on the quality of the food and its preparation (no pre-cooked pasta, freshly cooked meat). The rating is somewhat down to the daily menu offerings, with dishes that aren't too out of the ordinary. The service displays some refinement, despite the "business lunch" theme, such as a cheese mousse as an entrée and delicious biscuits to accompany the coffee. The price is in line with other offerings, but a little higher than elsewhere. The atmosphere is sophisticated, perhaps not up to date with the latest decor trends (and thankfully so). We were in the area for a competition, so we stumbled upon it by chance. If we were in the area in the future, we'd gladly return.

For a dinner in a family atmosphere, homemade yet refined and excellent quality food, and attentive and friendly service, this is the perfect place 😉 The Locanda appetizer is highly recommended!

Oh dear, what a rustic, old-fashioned place and absolutely delicious food. I just wish the service was a little more welcoming.

A welcoming inn with old-fashioned furnishings. The owner and staff are courteous. Impeccable traditional dishes. Excellent wine list. A place to mark on your calendar.
