Crispy Puccia Salentina, delicious Angus carpaccio, basil butter for a "sandwich" that is satisfying and full of flavour. Delicious amaretto cheesecake to end a perfect meal. The only note: the bathroom in the room is a little dated, although very clean. A stop that is truly worth it, also thanks to the attentive staff.

We absolutely loved the Pan di Strada restaurant in San Miniato Basso! We had the pleasure of enjoying two incredibly delicious burgers - juicy, inventive and made with fresh, high quality ingredients. The pumpkin and spinach burger is an excellent combination. Every bite was a delight! The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail round off the experience perfectly. A real insider tip for civic lovers. We will definitely be back and will also try the panini.
