Trattoria Pallet D'Oro was recommended by Pasta Grammar and so, we had to try it out. The place did not disappoint. Our waiter was super helpful explaining dishes, and later I found out that he is training for Calcio storico fiorentino (Blue Team), a traditional Florentine sport. With his help and recommendation we had an excellent dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant and also recommend the gnocchi with ragu.

We stubled upon this restaurant by chance because we were caught by a thunderstorm but it was a lucky break for us because the food was amazing!
We tried the tagliatelle con sugo al salsiccia and the beef stew (forgot the name), both tasted great and felt like a meal you would get at your nonna's house on a sunday dinner.
Offers a wide variety of dishes with a daily menu that seems to change often!
It's worth a visit and also reasonably priced!

A very cozy place. We had crostini and tagliata Manzo for dinner, both highly recommended. The service was very attentive. Guido, the waiter who served us, was very attentive and friendly; he speaks a little Spanish. I definitely recommend it and will definitely return next time in Florence.

Don't leave Firenze without eating here!! There's a reason why they've been around since 1860. Klejandro is amazing and squeezed us in between some reservations and I am so thankful we didn't miss this dining experience. An authentic Tuscan family dining room that embraces you like family. The liver crostini appetizer was the best we had which was recommended so I was grateful I was dining with people as adventurous as me. The house chianti was delicious and we finished with a splash of limoncello. I wish we could have come back for lunch to try the pizzeria. You know there are some places you take the business card because you know you'll never forget it.. this is a keeper and I'll definitely be back!

Caratteristica trattoria nel centro storico di Firenze. Menù tipico. Abbiamo mangiato i pici con l'aglione (buonissimi), filetto di manzo ai funghi, un filetto ai ferri, patate fritte, fagioli all' uccelletto. Mezzo litro di vino della casa, acqua minerale. Totale 86 euro. Consigliato.

Locale perfetto per chi ama la buona cucina toscana,che è offerta nel pieno rispetto della tradizione.La carne ,cotta alla brace è di una delicatezza infinita, nonché gustosissima.Abbiamo provato,nelle due sere consecutive in cui abbiamo cenato in questo locale zuppa ai ceci,bici all'agliona,patate al forno,etc.Peccato essere partiti ,ma ci ritorneremo.Qualita del cibo super.Un Grazie a Gabriele,il proprietario.Molto professionale.Consigliatissimo Voto super.Complimenti.Siamo i turisti di Salerno.Grazie per tutto
