I celebrated a graduation in this restaurant and made a great impression on all the guests thanks to: kind, attentive and impeccable service; delicious food (from peppered mussels, to ravioli with crab, to cod, to fried calamari); the welcoming, cozy and quiet location, but right in the centre; the bill absolutely in line with all this. Hi everyone. On my trip to Catania I had lunch in the Palinuro restaurant and I was truly amazed by the quality of the dishes. As appetizers I tried their very good and crunchy Beccafico sardines and the truly delicious Tartare trio. The first courses I chose were the tuna carbonara and the seafood linguine, where the carbonara was very good, tasty and the carbocrema was very creamy. The linguine with seafood was really made to perfection where you could feel that the fish was fresh. For second I had the Spada Burger and the Tuna Sliced ​​with Red Onion. The Tuna was truly of exceptional quality, believe me you have to try it. The combination with the red Tropea onion and raisins was perfect. The Burger was very good and tasty, it wasn't heavy at all. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The dishes are always served with a smile and are presented very well. I recommend everyone to try their dishes you won't regret it.

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante su Internet in quanto soggiornavamo in via Etnea. Si trova in via Santa Filomena una zona centralissima famosa per la sua movida enogastronomica. Che dire? Servizio eccellente, piatti squisiti ed abbondanti e prezzi più che onesti, al contrario della maggior parte dei ristoranti che stanno speculando a non finire sul ritorno del turismo di massa. Di fronte a tanta bravura ed onestà, un ristorante in cui andare sul sicuro e in cui torneremo alla prima occasione. Bravi.

Locale del centro di Catania non troppo formale ma elegante e ben arredato. Menù composto da piatti molto interessanti, quasi tutti a base di pesce. Tutti i piatti che ho provato avevano la caratteristica di avere sapori delicati, non urlati e per questo molto interessanti. In questo ristorante ho mangiato le linguine allo scoglio più buone di sempre per me: un insieme delicato che lasciava spazio ai sapori dei singoli elementi, pur amalgamandoli benissimo. Personale di sala attento, efficiente, gentile e sorridente. Avrei gradito, ed è forse questo l'unico appunto che mi sento di fare, qualche suggerimento in più sul vino da abbinare ai piatti scelti, non conoscendo né i piatti né i vini. Prezzi assolutamente adeguati alla qualità dei piatti.
