Top hotel very familiar and highly recommended

We were here on vacation. The reception was very polite and familiar. The service and the staff were top and very helpful. The rooms were great with air conditioning. The breakfast was freshly prepared individually according to your needs. Bodo (MA) had everything under control and everything worked great👍The location from the hotel to the harbor is very central, where there are many restaurants. Thanks for everything and see you soon...,🖐️

10 star hotel great place great staff great service excellent in every way

Just checked out of this property! Well, what can I say?! Only positive things. Elegant, clean, essential hotel.. A feather in the cap is certainly the hospitality of the owner, an elegant lady in every respect, surrounded by an equally kind and friendly staff As soon as we arrived they offered us prosecco but we opted for a coffee served comfortably in our room. We were given all the necessary information.. It is possible to access the restricted traffic zone by communicating the license plate at the reception, parking in front of the structure! Let's say that here you can perceive all the hospitality that characterizes this land!

Excellent hotel in all aspects. I would rate it as a 5-star hotel. All personnel was very kind to us, specially the owner whom was taking care of every detail to make the accommodation more comfortable feeling like home.

We've never experienced anything like this before. So much hospitality and you just have to say that the two owners have their hearts in the right place. You will be treated like a king/queen in the hotel and throughout the place. When we arrived, the hotel owner first took us out for ice cream (he invited us 😊) and then went on a city tour. Claudia gave us a really great room with a balcony from which you have a beautiful view of city life. In the evening we sat there with the world's best pizza and enjoyed the evening. If hospitality has a name then it is Palazzo Bonomi! Thank you very much, we will be back!

It's the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I can only confirm the more than positive impression I've already had. Excellently located in the historic center, halfway between the port and the city center, both reachable in a few steps on foot. Rooms equipped with every comfort and decidedly elegant, welcoming and helpful staff. Highly recommended

A very friendly welcome from the boss herself. We received all the necessary information immediately. Exceptionally well-run hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated, large and modern. The whole house is very clean. The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful and competent without being intrusive. Diverse breakfast, with savory and sweet things. Fresh fruit, also served by the boss. Fried eggs/scrambled eggs are freshly prepared upon request. The hotel is located at the Castell in the old town in a restricted access zone; There are three parking spaces available for hotel guests directly in front of the door; Further parking options can be found nearby. Beautiful hotel in the historic center of Bisceglie, room furnished with style and elegance. Congratulations to Mrs. Claudia who pampers her guests with kindness, friendliness and helpfulness, making them feel at ease just like at home. I also applaud all the staff who make the stay even more pleasant! We will definitely be back.
